The tub is really deep, I have a step stool to use for that last sock at the bottom. I don't know why people hit their head on the basket - with the lid up it is out of the way.

overall happy with service. there was a little set back with my delivery but the warehouse team and the store manager did a good job fixing that, i even got a further discount:)

Front loaders are popular but I prefer the top loader. Built in sink is a bonus. Paid extra so I wouldn't have the expense of running pipe and putting in more plumbing. Worth it.

The technology is amazing!!! The clothes feel like they have been laundered.. I think this washer will preserve the fabric. I am very impressed and satified with my purchase.

This is an excellent product. Works exactly as advertised. I had to choose between a top load and a front load and chose this after a lot of research. Absolutely satisfied.

My only recommendation for improvement is to have the capability to change the silly end wash cycle music. How about making a few different options? Or something shorter?

very happy with my purchase I really wanted the new washer and dryer from Samsung with Active Sink. Works really well and best buy was great with the whole process.

I haven't use all of the features but so far so good. I did have to respin once, but I think I had it a little off balance so make sure you have everything balanced.

This washer works very well and helps out on taking on all the loads your previous washers couldn't handle its smart and it adjusts time to your load size.

I did research on many washing machine different brand. I Ultimately chose the Samsung washer because of the features and Activewash was an added bonus.

The washer is great! I didnt think I wanted the soaker but now that I have it I love being able to use the water to rinse the cup since all lock now.

We had another Samsung top loading washer that was recalled. This is our replacement. Works well. We like the active wash cycle but it takes awhile.

This washer looks nice, but it ends there for us. I had no idea how long this would take to wash a load of clothes!! It is crazy how long it takes. I thought this washer would be quieter than my 20 year old Maytag and boy was I wrong!! This thing is super loud when draining a load of wash and it just goes on and on with the noise!! I was hoping for so much more out of this machine for the price!! I would have been better off buying a standard washer and saving the money!!

Bought this washer to replace an older washer and we have been very happy with it's operation and how well it gets anything we put into it clean.

I love Samsung. Everything working perfectly. This machine washes a lot of clothes. Switched from a GE front load washer. This unit is way better.

I am happy with my purchase, but if you aren't 6' tall you will need a step stool to reach into the bottom of the washer to retrieve your laundry.
