    The built-in sink is great and I often use it. I also love that the see thru lid lets me monitor my clothes during each cycle

    They don't make appliances like they use too. It now takes over an hour to do 1 loaf instead of 30 min. The machine decides the water level and it not alway accurate. You can't add clothes mid cycle or change water temp ect. The electronics on the machine will be out dated in 5years. On the positive. The spin cycle is awesome .

    Cleans clothes well. Like the soaking tray for pretreatment of floor cleaning pads. The automatic load size sensing is nice.

    I purchased this Samsung - Activewash washer after the recall. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I had to purchased this unit twice. The first one they brought out gave me different error codes every time I washed a load of clothes. The second one seems to be working much better. I'm a fan of most Samsung products so I'm trying to stick with them and give them a chance to get it right.

    My wife is happy with this washer mainly because of the built-in sink. Now we can pre wash the stuffs after sports.
