Loud

The first one I purchased I asked for a tech to come check out the loudness. He said it shouldn't be that loud and ordered a replacement. Great, I thought.... but the 2nd one I got was the same - - for the money paid, it is way too loud - very annoying. I do not have a closed off utility room so that makes a difference also.

Love the washing machine ... But

After documenting,the delivery guy told us someone would get hold of us about it. I got a call from someone rating the delivery guy but when I told her about the dent she said it wasn't her department that someone else would call . No one has called. A little upset to pay $750 for a dented washer.
