I would like you to know that this a great product

Washer does not clean as well as it was advertised.

Still pretty early, but so far I love this washer!

I returned two of these washers thinking the first was a lemon. When the second one was the same I sent it back and bought a different brand. It took a number of dryer cycles to get the clothing dry because this machine does not spin out enough water.

Overall the washer works well; however, I'm disappointed that some things like towels and jeans just did not spin dry enough even though the spin was set to "high." It required a second, separate spin cycle.

I really like the features and performance of this washer. The "active wash" built in sink/washboard is pretty impressive and practical if you have kids. The tub is deep and I can wash 2 to 3 times the amount of clothes when compared to my older washer machine. My wife had to buy a small stool to reach the bottom of the tub but she's only 5'2" so not a big issue for us. It's also VERY quiet and washes very well. I also love the look of the washer and like the diagnosis app that works with smartphones and tablets. All in all Im very happy with my purchase.

Works great but the tub is deep my wife can't reach the bottom. Annoying music alarm tells you end clothes were done. Silenced that after one time.

After experiencing an absolute nightmare getting my washer delivered (it took 4 attempts and lots of hours of missed work on my part). I am unsatisfied with my washer. My clothes don't seem clean. They don't smell clean and they come out with dirt still on them. I have a 5 year old boy and his clothes can get pretty dirty. I use Tide HE detergent and do small to medium sized loads on the "normal cycle". It's been disappointing for sure!

We like the features of this washer and dryer set. The only drawback is the washer leaves soil and residue in some of our clothes.

I purchased this unit to replace the one I had under recall. Hopefully this one will not hurt anyone. It performs well so far.

This product does not clean your clothes well. It left a white residue on clothing that remain even after rewashing several times.

One of the worst experiences. The product did not last more than one month. Called Bestbuy many times and also Samsung services. It took them few days to get back to us. Final result was that the model was defective and had to be returned. We are very unhappy and frustrated. This is the third Samsung washing machine we had issues.

There is no High Speed Spin Cycle and heavy items like blankets cause this washer to not finish spinning out.

Major problems with drum. Was recalled in class action lawsuit. New Samsung washer replacement now has significant rust issue on top at bleach dish. Apparently a well known and frequent issue Samsung washers are clearly problematic with multiple issues. AVOID

Washer was rated quite , based on my purchase . The drain pump is the loudest if heard . Bussing , growling , overall loud and obnoxious . Hope you have a separate laundry room ! The dryer is quite but will take longer to dry a load compared to your old dryer ! ( More efficient and saves you money ) Disappointed in the performance and advertisement of Great .

This could be a great washing machine but it does not handle sand well at all. Only way to get sand out of washing machine once it is in there is to vacuum it out. Had my previous washing machine for 20 years and never had this problem. Called support and visited store to make sure it wasn't something that I was doing wrong. Neither had any answers.

Doesn't work as well as the $350 washer we had replaced. Clothes don't come as clean.

This "new" washer has a pre-scrub sink built into it that makes washing difficult

Only had it for 3 months but so far so good. I would buy this one again.

Avoid buying this machine if possible. If I could return it I would.
