I was eager to get this new Samsung machine, but I regret that decision now. It is very difficult to put soap in the dispenser with the soaking tub attached to the lid. The washing machine does not spin out very well at all - my dryer is working more than double to dry the clothes.

Cycles are long & makes lots of noise spinning. Ok

Required $100's of dollars in repair after just 3 years of moderate use. Definitely NOT built to last. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.

Having my previous washer for over 10 years, I felt like we needed a change...this choice was a bad one, very unhappy with the purchase and was not aware that our return privileges were only 15 days

I purchase this machine due to the rpm.and cycles but after using it found that samsung had lowered this making many cycles not cleaning well or spinning the cloths enough to get the water out. Tried 3 machine after reading the reviews thinking it was mine with the problem they all did the same..samsung had slowed the machine down after the recall...this cause the cloths to clean like they were on the delicate cycle and on the high spin water was left in cloth.making my dryer work harder. Please samung look what you did

Had this washing machine 3yrs already having major problems stay far away!

Bought open box, but new. Tag said everything worked, but it didn't. After 2 repair visits, thankfully we are getting a different washing machine.

Purchased this washer on December 31st 2016 as a New Years gift to myself. Has all the bells and whistles. The current date, June 22nd, 2019, and the washer is no longer working. Will not spin. Tried resetting as recommended, that did not solve the problem. Looks as though I will be making trips to the laundromat.. ugh!

We purchased a new Samsung washer, and dryer as a set to replace an older AMANA set which had bit the dust after 8 years. The Samsung washer uses less water and needs less detergent, but washes better than our old machine with the large agitator in the center. I can tell you it's quiet and when it spins it does not shake the whole house, I suggest buying the steam dryer also as it complements the pair and uses a lot less power with the sensor dry feature. The wife wanted a cheaper pair, but is now glad we paid a few extra dollars and got the premium features.

Had less than 3 weeks and calling to have fix already

All I can say is "WOW"! This washer is loaded with features and runs so quietly that you can hear the water sloshing around in the tub. No vibration, simple to use controls and a lot of capacity. Delivery and installation was outstanding as well and the delivery came right on time as promised.

So much trouble getting clothes out- so deep and very inconvenient. Not at all what I expected. I have to reach for a step stool each time and I am 5'4" I have never had this problem in my life!

This washer is fantastic! We got it out of necessity and I could not be more happy about it. The washing drum is huge and the washer weighs the load its self so that it can apply the correct amount of water. It is a quiet machine with tons of options, which never leaves you feeling worried about your garments! Love love love it!

Delivery was fast and effient. It runs very quiet! I Love it so far, I got it yesterday and it has very easy to understand directions. I even washed My Queen size comforter and it came out great! Now I can look forward to doing my laundry!

It sucks. Doesn't work. Do not buy. Best Buy would not help. Bought it January. Has never worked right.

We did laundry for years. OK we THOUGHT we did laundry for years. You know those ads where people smell the clothes after they pull them out of the dryer. I mean who are those people? They look so stupid smelling their clothes. Well after buying this washer/dryer combo... we are those people. We REDID all our laundry. EVERYTHING. it was amazing how much cleaner our stuff was. We had to apologize to anyone we had ever hung out with us for the last several years because well we most likely smelled like garage. If you are looking for an amazing washer then this is it. It has a huge load capacity so you can get more done and it does an amazing job. Plus the top sing thing is perfect for pre-soaking things before hand or if you want to hand washing something. But I am not sure why you would want to do that as this machine does it all. BUY IT ALREADY AND STOP SMELLING LIKE MOLD. :)

Washing machine is doing very well and holds a lot of cloths. Cloths spin out very well and are quite dry when spin cycle is completed.

Needed a new washer fast as old one died. We have only had this a couple of weeks, but so far so great. It is huge. There are a lot of settings that are not different from one another. I haven't figured out yet how to customize the settings. The cycles are quite long - more so than our previous washer. Really like the stainless steel interior, the quiet cycle and the pleasant notification song when the cycle is complete.

We replaced our front loader under home warranty after they couldn't get it repaired. This machine is excellent. Uses more water than our front loader but the features are nice and the close are coming out clean. Also easy to use.
