Washing machine with a sink
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's an alright washing machine, the plus side is the drum size, I can wash a load of clothes that's bigger than my dryer. The negative side is to me, it doesn't clean my laundry as well as I'd like.

Bad machine and Worst customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought the beautiful Samsung actiwash washer from Best Buy last year and it stopped working after the recall last month. Samsung sent their repairman 3 times and the technician said that the machine is a lemon after putting in new parts. Samsung wants the same technician to come by the house again to repair it and not condemn it and give us a refund. With 3 little kids and the mountain of laundry, making 1 hour round trips to the nearest laundromat for almost a month has been frustrating. I have been on the phone with Samsung everyday and there is still no resolution in sight. We will never recommend Samsung products to anyone as they do not take care of their customers.

Didn't last 4 months

Did that in late December, it's now mid April and just last night I found the entire tub dropped about 3 inches, can clearly see the inner jacket of the washer. Warranty and Samsung customer service is sub par.
