I am loving this washer. I was a little worried reading some of the reviews because I'm kind of short. I do have to stand tippy toes sometimes to get the bottom stuff, but at 5'3" I'm able to do it without a stool. This washer is huge and I am loving it. I haven't had a load too big. This is a great washer.

Love the built in sink! I use it a lot more then I thought I would. It works really well. It seams to use a little more water then our front load, but not enough to be concerned with. I also end up washing less loads because of the 4.8 cu. ft. drum. The capacity is perfect for large blankets and comforters.

This is my first brand new washing machine ever and it's wonderful. Has a ton of cycle options which is too much for me, but maybe someday I'll find a use for all of them. Really like the presoak basket thing because I can also hand wash delicates and "dry clean only" items in there instead of the gross sink. 2 unexpected things I've noticed since I got the machine. 1. I have the smallest version and it's hard to reach down into the bottom to get the clothes out and I'm average height (5'6"). 2. The clothes don't seem as clean afterwards like they did in my old washer. The light/delicate cycle just seems to soak the clothes, not wash them. I am told this is because it is energy efficient and doesn't use and much water and so on. I've figured out the cycles to use that work for me, but if you have never had an energy efficient washer you have been warned.

I am very pleased with my new washer. I love the different cycles and everything comes out nice and clean. I enjoy the little wash basin and have used it a couple of times already--glad I got it. The only minor annoyance is reaching, stretching down to the very bottom to pick out the last small items, but the drum spins so at least it moves closer. I feel I made a wise choice.

Machine holds large loads and still spins them out completely. Its operation is very quite compared to my previous machine. The only thing I don't like is the soap dispenser is difficult to open because of the small tub in the lid.

Used the built in sink the very first time, great to have, I'm always splashing food on my shirts, no need to rinse in bathroom sink anymore Very large capacity. Glass top is nice to have, was surprised the glass lid does not get splashed with water when in use.Did not realize 2 inches taller than other machines, really have to reach down into tub. works great

The washer has many different load/cycle options, runs quiet, cleans clothes well and plays a little tune when the cycle is complete. Best Buy did a great job with installation.

I love this washer. Laundry days take so much less time now with as much laundry this machine can hold. I can even wash my king sized comforter. The little quick rinse sink is great for getting out quick spills or even messes that my kids might make. My wife likes using it to clean hear hand wash only garments. I can't say how much I love this machine.

Let me be clear... this is a GREAT washing machine! If you like to hand-wash few items before the machine does (I have kids!) then this is a great machine. It is quiet and works well. That said, the machine has this auto-sense feature (determines load size, weight, etc) and sometimes seems to "think too much". For example, we washed bedding on the recommended setting (Bedding) and the machine will have trouble with load (constantly unbalanced)... without removing anything, we change it to the General setting and it goes without an issue. Our machine is on a permanent "Quick Wash"... no problems.

It's working good so far =). It's quite and easy to operate.

I wasn't planning on buying a new washer, but I'm so glad I bought this one. It supremely out-performs my old non-HE washer. Clothes come out clean, well-wrung out so my dryer doesn't have to work so hard. It's quiet so I can run a load at night and not wake up my kid. I have used the basin to soak and had the following stains come out: grape juice, blueberries, blackberries, mud. Plus, it sings you a song when it's done. I highly recommend this washer. One warning, if you're shorter (like me) you may have to buy a small step stool to reach the last few socks in the bottom of the barrel...

I had considered many different washing machines, but what I kept coming back to was the extra built in sink on the top of the machine. I have many hand wash sweaters for the winter, and washing them in the bathroom sink was a royal pain in the you-know-what! I love the way it works, you can fill up the sink and let the item soak, use the scrub board to work on stains and rinse as much as you need. It's a great concept! I also really like the delay option. My previous machine has a similar feature, but was limited on the hours you could delay. This lets you backtrack the time so that you can have the cycle finish just when you would like it to. The only drawback to this machine is the extremely deep tub (and I got the smaller version) but at 5'2", I can barley reach the bottom of the machine. LOL, if I wasn't so short, it would be fine, but for me I need a step stool to get those socks stuck on the bottom!

Large loads can be done at one time. Cleans throughly.

Very quiet and you can really do big loads of laundry.
