This washer has a sink in the lid feature which is great since I don't have a sink in the laundry room. It has many different cycles to accommodate different laundry needs. The depth of the tub is the major drawback: it can be difficult to reach in and get all items. Would be very difficult if I were shorter or if my arms were shorter! A second lesser drawback for me is the placement of the detergent dispenser as I keep my detergent in a cabinet above the tub. I load the clothes, close the lid to get the detergent, open the lid to pour in detergent, close the lid again to put cup measure away, then start machine. A minor irritation at best.

This washer was purchased for our daughter who loves it. She has not had a washer this feature packed before, yet finds it very easy to use. She says that this was a great value purchase and she's already recommending it to others.

We bought this washing machine after our previous one was recalled by Samsung. This one has so much more capacity than my old one which is SO good! I can do large loads of towels and bedding and it not be an issue. I've only used the ActiveWash sink once, but it came in handy when I did. I'm sure this is a feature that I will use more in the future. It is quiet and doesn't make a lot of noise which is nice.

Looking at the reviews of this and other top load He Washers, I found this model to get the best bang for the buck. Extremely well rated, huge capacity, self cleaning, pre-soak in it's own built-in tub...What more could you ask for?

It is very efficient and has a mode for everything, however if you have a wife who is 5 ft tall then a step stool will be a requirement :). This is a very deep washer, but it washes a ton of stuff at once which is nice.

highly recommend this washer, the clothes sell great and has lots of good features. it is very quiet and have lots of space.

Wife was sick of the front load washing machines...we tried two different ones, but neither got the clothes "really" clean. She was ready to go back to a topload, so after some digging, she wanted this set due to the activewash. Night and day difference in the "cleanliness" of the clothes. Being an HE machine, it does take a bit longer to wash than a normal topload, but the clothes actually smell better. No more "musty" smelling towels fresh from the linen closet. And yes, we regularly used the frontload cleaners, and wiped them down and left the door cracked open when we weren't using them.

Had washer for 20plus years and replaced 5 years ago. Died and not worth fixing. This model is much better. Water efficiency on last machine required extra rinse with dark clothes, this one rinses without leaving streaks. Only flaw so far is the depth of the tub--I am tall but feel I can barely reach some items in bottom (small sock,etc.) of basket.

Very impressed with the features and performance of this washer. And FYI if you are shorter than 5'1" you may need a small step to reach clothes in the bottom of the wash tub. Pleased with our purchase otherwise.

I did a lot of research before buying this washer and I have to say I was pleased with my purchase. The washer performed far beyond my expectations. I'd highly recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new one. The only negative I've seen with this washer is that the basket is deep! It's great to be able to load more clothes in it but for the vertically challenged it is impossible to reach the socks at the bottom. I'm 5'10" and I can barely reach the bottom. other than that it's great!

So far, so good! I love the additional scrub tub at top since I don't have access to a sink by the washing machine.this was the main reason I bought it. All the different cycles are so great, but I read the directions first to figure them out. Please note that the washer drum is huge and deep. I am 5'7" tall with long arms and I can barely reach the bottom to get the last items.

The size is fantastic, cleans clothes very well. Only issue may be the high spin speed on regular clothes. I would suggest the medium level. Love the washer.

This is an amazing washer! I can't say enough about all it does! The built in sink is great and very convenient when trying to tackle stubborn stains! we have old towels that now smell brand new. Great washer!

I am so pleased with this washer. I have had the front load large capacity and I really like the top load better. Years ago I had the traditional large top load and my bedspreads and comforters were ruined so I went to the front load still I wasn't happy with the performance so to the laundrymat I went for those large items now never again. Very Happy. The basin is awesome

So far, quite happy with new washer. It does what it's supposed to do and has the added (completely unfunctional) feature of playing a brief electronic symphony to announce that the cycle is finished.

I just got my washer and I love it. It is so quiet you barely know it is on. It does a very good job on washing the clothes and the musical chime at the end is a delight. I am average height so I have no problem getting the clothes out but a shorter person might.

Works better than expected. Gets everything clean and is very quiet. The only downfall is that its very deep. I'm really short and have a hard time reaching the bottom :) Nothing a stool didn't fix.

Purchased this along with the matching dryer and couldn't be happier with the sink and how big the capacity is.

Just toss my wash in it select the cycle and its done in the time it says and its spins the water out perfect
