This machine is incredibly quiet -- almost too quiet, as I sometimes aren't certain it's running. It is very large, which does make it hard for me to reach the last few items in the bottom, since I'm a little below-average in height. I love the "quiet" lid that doesn't slam, which comes in handy with making sure our son's fingers don't get smashed. Two minor quibbles: 1) It's hard to tell how much detergent to put in, as the detergent dispenser only has a "max" indicator. 2) The "cycle complete" signal is a little annoying, because it plays a tune for what seems like 20 seconds. I get that it helps people know the wash is done, but I'd be ok if it weren't that long.

I bought this item after my 1st top loader stopped working. Had this washer about 3 weeks. Bad reviews I read said wrinkled clothes and I agree but it was easy to fix by adjusting the spin cycle. The other complaint was it was deep. I'm 5"5" it is deep but easily manageable. Clothes come out clean. Washer works well. Haven't really used the pre-soak. My only complaint would be that the pre wash sink is sorta in the way when you put the soap in the soap holder I can reach around it but it's close. So far overall I'm happy with this washer.

My wife had one requirement when buying a new washer, the active wash sink! We have 2 little ones and use it all the time to take care of their "little accidents". Best washer we have owned.

Love the large stainless steel tub and no agitator, our old washer was over 12 years old and was ripping holes in shirts. The presets are great and the detergent, fabric softener, and bleach dispensers work well and don't get clogged with residue like our old one. The water jet and washboard pan are great for pretreating heavily soiled clothes. There isn't anything we can put in this washer and get clean, the large size is great.

It seems it has a bottomless tub. What would take several loads in my last washer i get done in 2 loads less due to not having an agitator. And no wasted water, fills exactly what's needed.

Purchased this to replace a washing machine that was 10+ years old. Don't know why we waited so long. The old machine just wasn't getting the clothes clean anymore. This Samsung really does the job well. It is also easy to use. The controls are intuitive. We were skeptical of the fact that it uses so much less water than the old style, but they seem to have it figured out. So far all of our clothes and blankets have come out very clean.

I love the big washer, and the speed it takes to wash a big load. It's very fast

After much research for about 3 months on washers, Best Buy had this one on sale for Black Friday and it has pretty good reviews. I had a lot of negative remarks from friends about washers without the agitators like saying they don't wash clothes well, they broke and didn't work well, etc. I have been using mine for a little over a month and I love mine. The only downfall is if you wash your clothes on specific cycles like, "darks" or "bedding" then it does take a lot longer. I just typically use the "quick wash" cycle. So far, so good! I also love the bowl in the top because I pretreat all of my clothes because I have kids!!

Was looking to get a new washer to replace my older one.was looking at the the other Samsung washer that cheaper but when we arrived at the store they where having a sale and didn't have pay taxes on it score! The washer is great its quite,cleans really good,plus it has a basket on top to pre soak items.way better then my old washer definitely would recommend to friends, family and any body looking for a washer.

Easy to operate and great capacity. Not having an agitator gives room for large loads. Built in sink comes in handy for stain treatment, especially in a home with a toddler!

Very easy to use and noise is minimal - the tub capacity is large which can be an issue for short people but otherwise I can usually fit two normal loads with each cycle.

The washer jet and built in sink if very nice and easy to use. The washer arrived and was installed in minimal time and without any damage. I would recommend this washer.

Water conservation is great, silence of machine is awesome, wish the spin cycle was stronger to release more water from the clothes - other than completely satisfied.

This washer works and performs as designed relatively quiet and with the right if not perfect amount of available settings to conform to desire cycle.

after 2 months no problem! I had the previous model and it worked fine as well, but was under recall. Washing machines should last 10 years, so writing a review 2 months after one purchases such an item seems favorable to the time of purchase, not necessarily to the durability and overall performance of the item, But we like the machine, but I would probably consider Whirlpool next time

As an older person with a bad back,bending over to access my front loader was killing me. I can now wash again in comfort! Top loaders rule! I have also enjoyed having access to water to help with spot treatment - the sink feature. Only caveat I have is that this washer is not for short people. I am tall and it is a reach to get to the bottom.

I love, love, love my Samsung washing machine. It is quiet, does a great job of washing clothing and bedding. The only thing I am not fond of is the location on the soap dispenser - not easy to fill and you must use a small cup and not the soap dispenser itself. However, this is minor compared to the the awesomeness of this machine. I am sticking with Samsung for my washers, dryers and TV's!

Washer has a slight vibration on spin cycle. Love the size of the washer and the quantity of clothes that it holds

The best washer I have ever owned. It handles large loads very well. I haven't really put the activewash to use yet but I know I will pretty soon with the kids.

I absolutely love my new washing machine. My cousin actually has the same machine but the one that's a bit bigger. I love that I can easily wash my KING SIZED comforter in this machine with ease and it actually comes out clean. It has a lot of wash options, pre-soak options, etc... I bought this machine while it was on sale and I could not have bought a better washing machine.
