Works fine - quieter than our now defunct 20year-old Maytag. Not sure about the water savings potential yet, but the built-in sink saved us having to buy stackables and then a plumber to install a sink.

Love this washer. Gets the clothes clean, even large comforters. Easy to use. Only down fall is,this washer has a deep drum, and im only 5'4 . I can reach the bottom , but barely So if you are short a small step stool will be needed.

This washer and dryer is really really quiet. Way better than the Cabrio ones i bought 1 year earlier that i gave to my daughters mom. Would Definitely buy again. The buttons are easy to press and the chime when its finished isn't too loud or annoying.

We had originally bought the front loading and I HATED them. Traded in on these to replace and they are great! I'm 5'9" and I stretch to reach the bottom of tub so definitely pay attention to that piece:). They are very large and get the job done!

When our old dryer 'died' we shopped for a new one. The Samsung front loading we had was working fine. When we saw this machine with the matching dryer we decided to go with the set. Price was right and we are pleased with both washer & dryer.

I absolutely love this washer. It's super big and has multiple options for washing cycles. The active wash basin is great for pre treating my daughters clothes and is a great combination with the pre soak option. Would definitely recommend

Great price and quality! It has been easy to operate. One tab of a button and i am done. No need to select my wash load because it senses the weigh. I love that I can easily wash my king size comforter and still have plenty of room.

New technology for me, but I think I have been able to find my favorite settings. I guess if it is simple enough for me, it is pretty good. It does wash the clothes! :) Oh, I do wish it was flat on top. I miss the ability to use it for folding clothes. Oh, and it is quiet!

I love my new samsung, I was amazed at how much it can wash at one. Its super quiet even when on the spin cycle. Defiantly worth every penny.

This washer meets and exceeds all expectations. Its large capacity allows me to get a lot of clothes in one load. There are many settings that allow me to pick what I need.

Bought this washer to replace Samsung washer that was part of recall. Samsung will reimburse us for this product. As usual Best Buy purchase and delivery was perfect. Washer is even better than one that was replaced.

I bought this washing machine a couple months ago and love it! With a toddler, I do a lot of laundry and I love the various settings I can choose for different loads of laundry. I can do delicates for my sons stuffed animals, and heavy for my husbands work clothes. Before purchasing, I had read reviews about people not being able to reach the bottom but at 5'3" I'm able go on my toes and reach even socks at the bottom. With this machine, I'm able to wash in 1 load what my old washer did in 2 so it saves time as well. The sink is a great feature, I've used it to soak clothes to get out stains and hand wash items. We will be buying the dryer soon and I have already recommended this washer to family who are getting ready to upgrade their machines.

I ordered this washer and dryer to replace my front loaders. This is by far the best appliance purchase I've ever made. They take up less space in my laundry room but efficiently washes/dries much larger loads. Win-win

I didn't have a washing machine nor a dryer for the longest time. I hated to do laundry every week. I love these machines I bought. They are very easy to use and understand. I recommend it to anyone purchasing them.

I love this washer. It is easy to use and has cut my laundry time in half. My old washer was 22 years old and just rusted out. I researched many styles and makes but settles on the Samsung. I am very pleased with it.

I am 5 foot 5 inches tall and getting the socks and small items out of the bottom of this washer is doable but tough for me. I have to be on my tip toes and or lean on the front of the washer. I do love it though still but I need a step stool:

Washes great, I like all the different wash settings on this model. I also am happy with the wash basin on top. Another nice feature is the memory option.

Awesome washer, great capacity, can clothes in allot less loads, only disappointment is that is affected by the recall, not really a big deal as the only thing it says when washing large items such as comforters to use the gentle cycle.

I reviewed consumer reports prior to deciding on this model. My last washer was a front load, and this measures up to the performance with the exception of the spin/extraction cycle.
