This is a great machine really quiet and the capacity is great. It cleans well and is easy to operate

Saw this washer and it's matching dryer on sale and the price was just too good to pass up. We read the reviews and decided to go ahead and get them. We upgraded from 10 yr old LG front facing washer, and couldn't be happier. Super huge capacity, touch settings are super easy, wash and rinse sink built in to the lid, my wife just loves that. So quiet you forget it's running if you don't go in and check it. All in all, great washer.

Of all my recent purchases, this washer/dryer combo are my favorite. I literally don't have to take my clothes and a washboard down to the creek anymore and do this by hand. Seriously, I do love this thing. Its really easy to use, has a cool chime when its finished so you don't have to try and remember and really cleans well!

I love this washer. It looks amazing. It supports a large capacity. Clothes come out fresh. The top loading sink is a nice add on. Lots of compliments when people visit my house. Very well priced. My only two complains, and they are small ones, is that the front panel is plastic and it looks like it could easily scratch. Also, there was no steam model option. The matching dryer has steam but this washer doesn't.

This washer is amazing. It's extra deep for huge loads or huge items like blankets and what not which makes it extremely easy to wash our comforters. There's a good amount of wash preferences to choose from. It's not loud at all. Sometimes I have to just double check I actually started it. Super easy to use and looks great in my laundry room. I highly recommend.

We've had this washer about a month now and it has worked very well so far. It's incredibly simple and seems to wash clothes well. I love the fact it has such a large drum so we can wash many clothes at once. To be honest, we haven't used all the extra features yet but it's nice knowing they are there. The price was excellent and the service to install went great as well!

I love being able to hand wash directly inside this washer, and best of all is that it senses that the tub is wet and it does a quick spin cycle to remove all water that remains. Also love the size. I am able to wash my entire king sized bedding (sheets and blanket) all in one load. In the past Ive always had a front loader, and I do not miss anything about it.

We just moved and needed a washer and dryer - we love anything samsung so we bought this one. It was a great price and free delivery - it is small enough to fit into a smaller laundry room but actually holds a lot of laundry. Quite, easy to operate and cleans the clothes well. Has the built in sink which is really neat! I recommend this Washer to everyone!

This washing machine is really nice and luxurious! It has many settings and features. I haven't even tried them all yet. It replaced an old Frigidaire and it's hard to believe how far they have come. It holds a lot of clothes. I have to really stretch to reach the bottom. There is no agitator in the middle, which I like! I just hope it stands the test of time.

This is the not washer I wanted, but I am definitely getting use to it. It has much more capacity than I thought, cleans very well. The control pad takes patience you have to scroll through the settings rather than just press what you want. I am getting better at not hitting my head on the active wash tub. If I could have figured out how I would have gone with 3.75 stars. It's not quite a 4 overall.

Overall, washer is great. The only reason for 4-stars is that it has a deep tub, so if you are short like me 5'2, you have to tip toe to get clothes out.

We got this item at an "open box" price and it has been worth every penny. Runs very quietly and does a great job of cleaning. The internal washing tub is great for rinsing or srubbing clothes. Works perfectly for trying to get dirt or food off of clothes (we have 3 kids so this is used frequently). We love this washer!

Excellent choice for my needs. This washer does it all and more. Cycle times are accurate and visible. No more guess when the clothes might be done. Large capacity for those bulkier items; comforter or blankets. Unit is is sleek and quiet to operate.

The washer has a large capacity, is quiet, and has a good variety of cycles to handle large and small batches of clothes. It does a good job of wringing out the water from the clothes to speed up the drying cycle. This is efficient and a time saver. Small washing basin is not used like I thought I would.

I really love my new washer. It washes silently and efficiently. I even use less detergent than I did with my LG. I love that I get a lot done due to is large a capacity. I am pretty short so if you aren't more than 5'1 you may need a steep stool or a hanger to reach for the clothes at the bottom.

Even though the store was offering a great deal on this unit I was still skeptical. However I am so glad that we got it. So easy to use. So quiet. And the drum is huge. The salesman was great at explaining all the benefits of this machine and it definitely set this machine above all the rest.

This washer replaced my previous Samsung HE washer, but handles a much larger load and the easy to use touch buttons make operation much smoother. After trying the front load washer, I found I prefer the top load much better and loading and unloading is much easier.

This is the best washer that I have ever owned! It's simple to use and looks good too! I will say though if you are a shorter person you may have trouble reaching the bottom of the machine as it is pretty deep but good thing I'm not to short at 5'6 but do have to reach pretty far! Other than that no complaints!!

I am super excited & satisfied with my new washer. I feel like a kid with a new toy. So many cycles, use less water, very quiet, plays a nice melody for you & so much more. Samsung never disappoints & Best Buy sweetened the deal with the sale price & gift card promo.

At first I was taken aback by how 'space-age' this washer and dryer set looked but I really wanted a top loader and 1 month later am very happy with our purchase! I love the pre-rinse basin at the top and the washer itself is very efficient in terms of water usage and time. This is my first washer that did not have an agitator sticking up in the middle and I love how much cleaner my large loads of laundry come out. I have washed our king sized comforter in this machine and it does great. Would definitely recommend it.
