My wife and I have two active kids and she absolutely loves this fine piece of technology! She has no trouble getting stains off with the active wash feature and its whisper quiet!

Well after the recall I finally got one that works. Went through 4 washers counting the recalled one, with two of them bad. Not best buys fault , but the lousy delivery service. This one seems to be OK, we'll see.

Washing machine works nice, it's quiet, and big. Only thing is that I can't reach the stuff on the bottom so I either have to ask my gf to get the rest or get a stool. Haha

Since we purchase this item we eliminate the old sound of our old wahser, it's super quiet and reliable performance as indicated.

This washer is AWESOME! It's so big and has so many awesome features! The only thing I didn't take into account, how deep it is! I literally have to climb on something to grab the clothes stuck on the bottom!

We're very happy with this washer. Great size, clothes are coming out clean, even with large loads, it is quiet, and it seems efficient. A lot of options are a bonus.

This washer is an awesome unit. I would recommend it aside from some small nit picks. 1 - It's big that for some it may be difficult to reach the bottom. 2 - The controls on the top of the unit is a bad place to have the controls if you have curious cats. 3 - the detergent loader is partially blocked by the prewasher lid.

I love the flat soft touch control panel. I can create my own wash cycles. The tub is large. It is quiet when operating.

I've only had this washer for a couple of weeks, but so far it works great. I wanted a washer that would fit my king size comforter and this delivers. Its actually much larger than I expected. I also love the built in sink since I don't have one in my laundry room. The down side of this washer is that it doesn't let you select the size of the load. I need to do small loads at times and this washer doesn't have an option for that so I feel like I'm wasting water.

This is my first washer purchase in 18 years and things have changed a lot from the old dials with limited choices. I love how quiet this machine is and simple to make selections based on wash needs.

Cannot here it running. Smart looking black stainless. Cleans well. Racks can be easily configured to accomadate almost any size dish, pots, and casserole plates.

This is an upgrade to my previous Samsung washing machine. Has many more options available than my older one and is more efficient. Love the new features.

This replaced our 10 yr old Kenmore set. The unit is quiet and does a great job on the clothes. The lack of knobs was new, but we got used to it quickly.

We haven't had it very long but I can say so far it was a great buy. It does take about twice as long to run a cycle than our old one but does a much better job of cleaning the clothes.

Great washer but make sure you read the book. Couldn't understand why loads were taking so long. Settings were not right from the start. Great capacity big enogh for a comforter.

I love that I purchased this! The heavy duty feature is perfect for my boyfriends work clothes as well as I love the bedding cycle! It is so quiet!

QUIET, EASY TO USE. DELIVERY WAS QUICK. DELIVERY CREW SET IT UP. WASH SETTINGS ARE EASY TO FIGURE OUT. HAVE DONE 10-15 LOADS WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.

In all this is a fabulous washer. The built in sink is a bonus not just a gimmick. As with any of the "Water Conserving" Washers today, an extra rinse is needed to fully get rid of soap residue. The unit is quiet and wash cycles can be customized.

Large washer bin handles large loads which means less time for me. I can save my favorite load cycle for specific load types. Very quiet unit.
