This machine has surpassed expectations and my Family is very satisfied with it's Features and Operation. Super quiet and easy to operate.

We have only had the washer installed for a couple weeks, but so far we enjoy using it. Be sure to do the auto calibration first before doing a wash.

This washer is quiet and it cleans clothes well, it is definetly a great purchase, I hoops that in the future it continues to work well

Washer is quiet, large, and has a great look. If you are short like my wife buy a stool and hope she doesn't fall in. Overall it was a great purchase.

This replaced a 7 year old Whirlpool front loader. Our 18 yer old Maytag dryer had given out and we decided to replace the mismatched pair with a matched set of Samsungs. The washer was just replaced under the exploding tops recall. We did not experience a problem with the original one but decided to replace it since it was completely covered by Samsung with Cyber Monday pricing. 1. This machine is harder on clothes than our old front loader. They are very wrinkled when coming out of the machine. Front loaders are gentler but we didn't want to deal with the stink and mold issue any more. 2. This machine can easily get out of balance with loads that have anything heavy in them. 3. It is a looong way to the bottom when removing clothes so if you are short you better think twice about getting this. 4. The dark color will show dust and lint very easily and it is attracted to the machine so you will see a lot of it. 5. Our matching dryer has also already been serviced due to a roller binding and causing a loud squeaking. This is common according to the Geek Squad service tech. So far, after living with the set since April and the new washer only for a couple weeks I can say that we will look for other options on the next set when we need to replace these.

So nice , big capacity and so quite! I'm so happy I have chosen this Samsung! The hand wash feature is great as well !

Good working washer, has a nice large load capacity and plenty of features. The built in sink option is very handy.

We bought machine less than 2 weeks ago, so far so good! Washes & Spins clothes very well. The only downfall is washing small loads; we had an unbalanced load that was a little frustrating figuring out how to drain and re-wash.

I've been using a stackable washer and dryer for a long time. The downside to these is the relatively small capacity. My old dryer broke so I went to my dad's place to catch on laundry. He has a high capacity top loading washer. I could load almost double the amount of clothes. I knew then that it was time to get a new washer. I picked this one and the matching dryer based on reviews and price. I'm really glad I upgraded. Laundry day goes by much faster now.

I love this washer! So easy to use! We have a large family and the high capacity cuts my laundry loads in half!

This thing is amazing. Before you even use it, you're in awe of it's awesomeness simply by looking at it. Then, you touch it and realize it's even more awesome because the controls are beautiful. If you don't lose all control and turn into a puddle of drooling nonsense, you will enjoy actually using it and discover all the many features and benefits it holds.

I find it very easy to use the tub is deep and we like that you can put your comforters and blankets to wash

Extra large capacity and very quiet. We would definitely purchase again and are looking to buy the dryer.

My clothes are clean. I can't complain. But my lone gripe would be. It does get unbalanced easily if you are washing a line blanket

This machine gets yellow wear stains out of clothes that others do not. But I am 5'2" and am unable to reach the bottom of the machine. I need to use a grab stick to reach the clothes on the bottom.

Its a pretty huge washer you can easily fit a huge load in it no problems decent price tag too...pretty easy to operate as well...
