Large load capacity and relatively quite, no complaint

Nice design. Can handle big loads. Run very quiet.

Excellent performance. Only Cons are 1. The plastic construction squeaks when you lean on it (which I have to do in order to reach all the way because I'm 5'4") 2. It's relatively easy to accidentally hit the controls and mess up your wash cycle. So maybe don't try to fold laundry on top of it when it's running.

At first we were apprehensive about buying a Samsung washer after issues and recalls last year. The salesman assured us that all defective washing machines would have already been pulled from circulation so we decided to give it a go! We wash about five loads per week and are very pleased with its efficiency!

I was forced to buy this product since the previous Samsung top load washer was recalled, I am waiting for the refund, I found this transaction a very difficult one since I had to get a loan in order to buy the replacement washer, Samsung would not work with me, (disabled on SSI) I find it disrespectful on their part. New washer does a good job.

This machine is a beast! Lupe has never been happier doing laundry. She only knows how to press power on and start, and doesn't know what all the other buttons do but the cloths come out smelling great! Thanks Bestbuy for excellent service!

I love my new washer! The scrubbing tub (removable) has little ridges that are great for scrubbing tough stains. The water spout for pre-washing is a great feature also. I do have to use a step stool to be able to reach the bottom of the tub for our clothes, but the size of the tub is well worth it!

Good improvement overall from previous model recalled. Wash basin seams to be higher, up from the bottom, easier access to reaching down into wash basin getting clothes out. Adding detergent and softener tray dispenser now come out over the sink tray. Clothes seam to come out cleaner too

Best Buy delivered the washer on time. The delivery people were professional. The washer is great! Washing a large load at once saves time.. I use a slower spin cycle to prevent wrinkles.

Well done well made pretty color good size works well cleans clothes really well especially when they are dirty. I like the color or the machine and the way it spits out the water when load gone. Much easier than old one where we had to use a bucket. Perfect or maybe even better

Had the pervious model that was a recall. Kept the second style just to have the combo look alike. This washer is more quiet than the last one. So quiet that you have to double check to see if I had turned it on. Button ours are a bit touchy, it's more like a touch screen.

This washer and dryer from Samsung is incredible! I wasn't sure at first, but I'm happy to have done the purchase. They are very quiet, the clothes come out with no wrinkles. I'm going to save on taking my sulk clothes by using the steam feature, and that's a big plus!!

Did a lot of research before buying this. Been using it for around three weeks now. Very happy with the washer. It is smart and efficient.

Really like this washer, wasn't sure about buying one without agitator; but after reading all the reviews, decided on this one. We are very satisfied. Also had great experience with Best Buy, next time we go looking for anything, they will be the first place we go.

This is the best washing machine I've ever owned! I love how quiet it is while running; no matter what washing option you put it on, and there are many of them! I also really live the washing station at the top for scrubbing out stains and hand washing delicates.

We replaced our 10 year old LG front load HE washer which we were very happy with. I can't give 5 stars until I see how this new Samsung will last. Like that we can put more laundry in this and like the simple way the pre-treat sink works. Best Buy Delivery service and haul away was great as well.
