This is a great washer. Its very easy to use and user-friendly!

We knew we needed to replace our washer and dryer soon. Late one Saturday the Washer came to a grinding halt. We rushed to Best Buy with three kids and the sales staff was great. Very pleased with this product great capacity easy to use. Best Buy staff were great!! Very pleased.

Good washer, even better deal. Buy when on sale and get the $300 off.

I just had my set delivered to our building site. Will be ready to hook up my new Samsung washer and dryer soon. I did a lot of research before choosing this set. I can't wait to try them. I love the features. Hubby stored them in the shed until the house is done. He said they were very nice. I will update my review after I have actually gotten to use them. Love the color. They will go wonderfully with my whitewashed wood floors.

Dryer works very well once you turn off the Eco setting, otherwise expect multiple cycles to dry clothes. Four stars for the dryer with nice features and large capacity. However, very poor experience with BestBuy delivery/installation ruined the purchase. I'm would give BestBuy 0 stars for the delivery process and how it was handled. Date was promised at purchase and missed without any concern for my family. If I hadn't called, store admitted they wouldn't have even known that the delivery was botched. Took many days to get them out here and much finger pointing between BestBuy, Pacific, installers, and what was characterized as a poor computer system. Missed a full day of work and had to spend $$ on cleaners until it was finally delivered/installed at 8:30pm many days later.

Looks great and runs smooth. A little pricey but well worth is.

Like a new parent, I've had to check to ensure this quiet machine is still running! Plenty of options to customize the wash (so many, I've yet to use them all). Love the fact that you don't have to set a load level (nothing worse with my old washer than to forget to correctly set the load level and have too little water to wash the load properly).

So anxious to do that first load in a new washer! Didn't read the manual, just jumped in with a load. When I started taking the clothes out, I found that I almost couldn't reach the bottom of the tub to get the socks! I have to put my whole arm and shoulder in and stand on tiptoe. Maybe my head disappears too....I don't consider myself short for a woman, 5ft 6in, but I can barely reach the bottom of the tub! If you are a petite person, think twice about this washer. The giant tub is great for blankets and comforters, but the small loads are frustrating to get out. Best Buy didn't have this model on display in the store and we bought it because of the consumer reports rating. We might put a small step stool in front to help get a longer reach. Otherwise, nice washer!

This top loading washer works great. It gets all your clothes wet and even washes your blankets clean.

I like most everything about this washer - except the noise of the pump as it empties the tub. We are lucky we have a door to the laundry room so that the noise is filtered a bit. Other than that , it was a very good purchase.

This set is not very quiet. My 12 year set was much quieter. The first set had something wrong and I could hear it 2 rooms away with the TV on. So they replaced them. But the new ones were better but still not what I expected for as much money as they cost. Plus the washer is very tall. I'm almost 6 foot and I can barely reach the bottom of the washer to get clothes out. But it does clean the clothes well.

The machines washes great, it is very quiet and easy to use. It is taller than regular machines so if you are less than 5' 5'' of height you will have a hard time reaching the clothes at the bottom of the drum.

Great washer for an active household. Large capacity means less loads that saves on water! Love love love this washer!!! Quiet and efficient with lots of cycle choices depending on laundry. For a family with 2 dogs, the santitize feature is amazing!!

This high efficiency top load washer actually cleans clothes well. It uses a decent amount of water to wash more like an old-fashioned washer. Tub is very deep. I don't know how my wife gets the clothes out of the bottom. But she is happy with the washer.
