The only issue is that my vertically challenged wife has a hard time getting all the clothes out from bottom of the tub. If you are under 5' 5" then you will probably need a stool. At the time of purchase this was the top rated top load washer on Consumer Reports.

Great looking washer n dryer

I would of given it 5 stars if my 1st machine wasn't recalled but Samsung replaced the washer and I believe the 2nd washer is quieter than the 1st machine

Good washer but some questionable functions

Detergent dispenser location is hard to access. Jet stream feature and steam wash are completely bogus. They literally do nothing. Overall, it is better than my last Whirlpool but showing gimmick features are just lacking credibility as a serious engineered product.

I would highly recommend this product. It replaced a bear-bones whirlpool washer that was only 3yrs old. But wasn't worth fixing. Only con.... Short people will need a grabber to get small items out of deep tub.
