I really like this monitor, so it's actually more like 4.5 stars. I use it both as a monitor for my PC and as a standalone TV and it works really well for both. I was impressed by the number of apps that are available for the monitor; it's not all of the ones I can get on my Fire TV stick, but it's pretty much all of the ones I use. Setup was easy and there is even a connection guide that walks you through how to connect different devices. The only thing I'm knocking half a star off for is that it doesn't seem to allow for a good screencast from my phone. I can mirror my iPhone screen, but it's iPhone sized. With my previous tv, I could screencast to the tv and it would be full screen. It's not a huge issue, but for the few apps that aren't on the tv, it sucks that I can't run the app on my phone and cast to the tv. It's really very minor, though, so overall I'm happy.

It’s sometimes very slow and sometimes I have to unplug it before attempting to download apps. Very nice screen but I haven’t had it for long and I have multiple dead pixels

Great picture, even from a distance. Bought this as a replacement for a TV that my 95 year old mother used, which required a decoder box for cable, so was really nothing but a monitor, anyway. The built-in sound system made it capable, where most monitors don't have that. It has dramatically made it easier for her to recover from a power outage, which used to leave her TV/decoder system in a state she could not figure out (so, she called me). Also the "smart monitor" stuff stays hidden unless you ask for it, so nothing there to confuse her. It would clearly work well on a computer, we've just not used it that way.

This is my first experience with a Samsung monitor. I was reluctant to switch from the brand I was loyal to for years. I LOVE, LOVE this new Samsung - AM500 Series 32" LED FHD Smart Tizen Monitor for working and online on the computer, watching streaming channels to ZOOM meetings. It is more than expected. The clarity, sound quality, easy to use remote for its various functions...so much to love. SOOOO happy I made this purchase! Oh, and the price was unbelievable too!!

Always great when Best Buy is one of the first retailers to offer new technology. The monitor works great as a primary monitor but as an added bonus the monitor works individually without a PC or Laptop. Great picture and very easy setup.

Was looking for a new 32inch hd tv for a small office space but unable to locate a decently priced one. Found this and decided to try as it would double as an extra monitor in the future when moving into a bigger office space. Great picture, easy to us, smart hub and functionality like a tv is great.

Very nice big monitors for a great price. Mounted to arms easily. Displays are great and easy to use. I use them for both work laptop extended monitors and home/personal use. Very nice size monitors to display multiple applications opened at the same time and for watching youtube and online reading, etc.

Works good as a TV. Good luck trying to figure out the remote and all the controls. For reading documents and doing really work, the screen is not sharp enough

Very happy with Samsung Monitor. I love even more its both a tv and a secondary monitor for my computer. This was recommended by a Best Buy team member when I returned a tv that wasn't working. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and recommended it. I didn't even know there was anything like this!

Monitor is easy to set up and get going. The picture quality is great.

I got this on sale. I would not pay full price for missing capabilities. Love that it comes with apps. Your supposed to be able to search the internet but it’s not up to date. I tried to check my email and that was not up to date. I could not download the attachments

Great tv/monitor for my home office..the built in apps work good and sound is also good..the viewing angle's are not as good as I would like but the non glare screen is a plus..

Love this monitor / TV. I can work with the large screen to open multiple documents and then switch over to watching TV when not working. Nice picture. Excellent price for the dual capability.

Works well so far. Setup was simple and straightforward. Nice monitor that is also a tv for bedroom for Netflix and all other streaming services.

Great picture at a great price. Needed a larger monitor for my laptop, which this fulfills. However, this doubles as an excellent entertainment option with built in streaming and Alexa.

This monitor has crisp, crystal clear display. The load time is so minimal. And the graphics look incredible on this screen. Definitely would purchase again.

Not as great as i thought it would be, but gets the job done. Angles are not great but using as a monitor is perfect
