I own several Samsung products and love the features versus cost. Not sure what happened to these two units but both were DOA. No picture when powered. Would not go to home screen at all. Tried USB-C, HDMI, DEX and Airplay. Device could not be found with anything. Both units would power on and you could see the screen go slight gray as power was applied to backlighting but then it would just cycle on and off. 20 years in IT and I have never had this happen. Called Samsung and went thru diagnostic steps, they recommended returning and stated that these units have been on sale for 3 months or so and have not had an issue... seems there is a bad batch out there now. My units were consecutive serial numbers. AT least they did not try to blame this one on COVID.

I am only writing this review because when you spend $400 you want to know what your getting yourself into. I only hate how they call it a 4k monitor when its a uhd monitor. Its misleading because they are not the same thing.
