Great Samsung galaxy compatibility... Lightweight.. Clear picture

It's taken some getting used to, as it is definitely not as bright as the 27" older 4k monitor it replaced but we have grown to love it. My wife especially prefers it as she said the old one was so bright it hurt her eyes. Gaming performance is much nicer with the HDR. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

My home set-up is 3 monitors (all 24 inch, one vertical), but I frequently go on week-long "work from hotel" trips. I bought this monitor to use when I'm traveling. It was easy to set up and works perfectly with my M1 MacBook Air (with a Hub that has an HDMI slot). I love the large screen that allows me to multitask and work efficiently.

Simple to set up; multiple connects. Would give 5 stars for 4k monitor at price if screen height could be adjusted; not just tilt function.

I am currently working remotely from home. I have my work laptop, 2 monitors, USB keyboard and mouse. It is expected that we will slowly be returning to the office for to 1-2 days per week in the spring. If the vaccine rollout goes as well as expected, I could be fully back in the brick-and-mortar office by the end of the summer. Using 2 monitors spoils you and it is so hard to go back to working with just a small laptop screen. The reason I was interested in the Samsung M7 was to have a second monitor that I could keep at home for evening and weekend work sessions and conference calls. I was also interested in streaming Netflix and Prime. I would prefer to watch shows on something larger than a 15” laptop screen, but do not want to buy another TV and cable box. I am not a tech geek, but I found it very easy to unbox the Samsung AM702UNXZA 32” Smart UHD monitor and get it working. Once out of the box, attaching the stand took no effort despite a difficult-to-read Quick start guide with its small, gray font. Talk about a start-up process that was effortless. The automatic prompts made it easy you could do it in your sleep! Even better, it was accompanied by elevator music, lol. In no time, the monitor was connected to my network and the device was added to my existing Samsung account. Here are the aspects that really attracted me to this monitor: • It comes with both an HDMI and USB-C cables. • The ability to add devices (including keyboard and mouse) through Bluetooth. • We use Office 365 so I can log in to access my files in the cloud. • I have multiple Samsung devices that are part of Smart-Things. • The remote makes navigating the settings fairly simple. • I am familiar with DeX and I love the ability to work in multiple windows without needing a laptop. • Mirroring my phone is great for playing videos and showing photos. • I can watch Netflix and Prime Video without having to buy another TV. • The picture is sharp and the colors are vivid. • The speakers are excellent so a soundbar is not required. • Auto source switch plus automatically detects newly connected devices. Issues I ran into: • Setting up remote access on my work laptop will require someone in the IT dept to approve that. • Bixby didn’t set-up the first time I tried it. I will have to go back and retry. • I am having problem getting the internet and YouTube apps to work. Not sure if I am missing a step or what. I have to investigate that further. While I don’t have any Apple products to take advantage of AirPlay 2, I am going to try to use it to connect my Android tablet to the monitor by way of downloading an app. This monitor comes with a lot more “bells and whistles” than I even how to use, making it something I can grow into. Since I will be using this for productivity and streaming videos, I can’t comment about the gaming features. But I will say the picture quality is amazing and I am very happy with this monitor.

Ok was looking to upgrade and wanted 2 side by side. So I bought two of these and a dual monitor arm to mount them. Great monitors but the feature I wasn’t expecting was they have smart tv features. So now when I’m done on the computer I could watch Hulu on them. Wild and wierd at the same time.

The monitor looks beautiful. I like it. I just bought it but so far it’s keeper. Not returning.

The 4k resolution at 32” is just right for my business and research needs. The Smart Tizen processor is plenty powerful for multiple applications like streaming TV or access to remote MS Office Apps. The Samsung Dex connection allows for a large screen to run my Android Apps and organize pictures. Well done Samsung!
