Great product for the price . Not too their display if your looking for a 4K tv replacement but as far as a monitor that has an assortment of nifty tools you definitely can’t go wrong with this bad boy for the price tag. I shoot and edit 4K videos as well as shoot photography and do other tasks and love this thing.

A beautiful 4k display with built-in TV smart apps. Note that the Input Signal Plus may interfere with a 4k KVM switch if enabled.

We are happy with the product so far. It was what we needed. Office 360 could be a little faster but that would be my only suggestion at this point.

Nice 4k monitor/tv. We are using this in a small conference room and it's just right for the job. We wanted one we could sit on the end of a conf table and this was just the right size. Quality is typical Samsung and screen clarity and brightness are great.

Try to get one monitor for my mini Mac. This one matches, but speaker sound is very poor, sound is strange. Resolution, indicating large number, but for small icon. too small make word cannot be read. if use large icon. it becomes regular resolution. it is small screen monitor, including Hulu or others, I do not need these. waking up screen saver takes longer time. I do not return it because already open this box, and do not want to make Best Buy trouble.

We had 2 of these monitor so when one of them started going bad, we contacted support and they had us ship the damaged monitor. They gave us a credit to get a new one. We decided to go with the same monitor but the quality wasn’t the same. The screen looks foggy and unpleasant to look at.

I connect it to my Macbook Pro. It works well. Brightness is ideal for me.

everything is superb, the only flaw this monitor is whenever I turn-on/off my TV this monitor also reacts to it.

The screen doesn't raise, lower or tilt, but does work well as mini-tv.

It basically has the interface of a Samsung Tizen smart TV. Those features work well and the thunderbolt port supports USB pass through. My only issue is brightness and contrast, and the lack of a high refresh rate is slightly disappointing. This monitor has some gaming features, but lacks anything you’d expect from a typical gaming oriented monitor. For school and general browsing it’s alright though.

I bought this monitor when it was on sale and kept for about a week, before giving up and paying $100 more for the LG. Be clear, this is a TV with an adjustable desktop stand, not a monitor that adds 4k Smart TV Functions. This is evidenced by the lack of physical buttons... Who wants a monitor that can only be adjusted with a remote!? That said, the killer for me was image quality. No matter the combination I chose, I couldn't find a setting that didn't leave the color looking washed out. I also couldn't get the backlight to stop dimming, even with all 'eco' settings turned off and the brightness settings all maxed out. If you're after a 4k Smart TV, which you can occasionally hook your laptop up to, this may be the choice for you. If you want a solid 4k Monitor for daily computer use, I'd look elsewhere.

I have a smaller HD monitor with better display quality than this 4K one.

This was an open box item and didn't work as it should. I believe it was due to improper packing. The styrofoam framework meant to hold it in place was busted and allowed too much movement in the box. It powered on long enough for me to sign in, then the screen went black and started flashing to gray and back to black. I had to return it which was pain-free - and I got a full refund.

Uhhhhhh it’s amazing. Prolly not for gaming since nothing can please a hardcore gamer. I use it for work at my office desk in the spare room and guests can watch whatever on the thing to. It’s truly and smart tv monitor and it’s versatility is second to none.

Hubby is very happy with this monitor. Unfortunately one of our doggies pulled it down accidentally and now it’s dead but that definitely wasn’t the monitor’s fault. It was a pretty hard crash so I wouldn’t expect it to survive.

I've had this screen for a couple weeks and it was exactly what I was looking for, which I didn't think anyone would ever make. I wanted a small 4k screen with a remote that could double as a TV. This is exactly what I wanted. The only small screens you can get are 'monitors' which means no remote control and you would need a computer or streaming device to use them. 4k TV's don't get smaller than 40" which is to much for a lot of situations. This smart monitor give you the best of both worlds. Pros: - All of Samsung apps - Remote controls is smooth and intuitive - Great 4k resolution - Nice looking bezel and screen, pretty light and easy to mount on a monitor arm - USB-C is awesome. When using this as a 2nd monitor on the laptop it only takes 2 cords. 1 power cord from wall to monitor, 1 usb-c cable from monitor to laptop. It carries the 4k signal from laptop to monitor and also keep the laptop charged. - Plenty of other ports for everything you could want Cons: - 2 little corner of the bezel on the bottom were cracked when I received it. I don't care because you cannot see them and would never know but hopefully they can work on packaging a little - The brightness is not equivalent to a TV. It is much closer to a monitor. It works fine but when using it as a TV in a bright room you do notice it is not as vibrant as what most people are used to. That being said it is still bright enough to not be a problem. Overall I could highly recommend this if you are looking for a 4k TV/monitor setup. I have not found anything equivalent to it and am very glad someone makes a 1 stop solution for this situation.
