The last two weeks it was being repaired by Samsung, though it was shipped back to me with the same issue. Subsequent contact resulted in "Sorry, but this isn't covered under warranty." Stay away from this one. I own a lot of Samsung tech, and this is the first time I'm steering people away from the brand.

The WiFi has stopped working or is intermittent. After a device reset it works for a while and then stops functioning. I have never liked how quickly the device off function kicks in. When it worked the images are clear and enjoyable for streamed 4K video. There plenty of room for multiple windows and it’s easy to read. It would have been nice for the screen to swivel a little.

One of the things I like in Samsung displays is that their image quality is generally reliable. On this monitor, however, the image was somewhat washed out and there were not the image controls to adjust the picture to make it worthy of watching video content. With that being the case, the "Smart" features just didn't seem to add the value that I was looking for. I exchanged this for a 32" Samsung Q50 Smart TV and am much happier with the result.

I was told the screen was gloss/semi gloss since it shows contrast and colors better than matte and it’s most definitely matte. The screen wobbles with the slightest nudge of the table/surface It’s 4K but the representation of text is very poor. The colors and contrast are poor and there aren’t many ways to improve them in the setting.

Good resolution, not so good hardware quality
