Customers praise the AM702 Series monitor's excellent picture quality and the convenience of its USB-C connectivity. Many appreciate the ease of use and the inclusion of built-in speakers and smart TV features. However, some users note that the brightness could be improved, and the refresh rate may not be sufficient for all users. Concerns were also raised regarding the sturdiness of the stand and viewing angles.

Big, pretty monitor - it looks nice in my living room. LOVE the built in apps - I can use it without my laptop connected to watch HBO, Netflix, etc. The remote control is super cool too - all monitors should come with speakers and apps!!! While the built in speakers are a great convenience, but they don't sound very great - I use them to keep the desktop clear and free of more peripherals. I am thoroughly enjoying the Thunderbolt connection to my laptop - power, video, audio, webcam - all with one cable! It makes my desk look so clean and sleek without the 4 cables I used to have before this monitor.
On the downside, the brightness could be better - I noticed it was not a bright as I hoped the 500 nit would provide - although it is brighter than my old monitor. Also, the bezel glue came loose after a couple of days and light was peeking through the very top - I simply pressed the bezel back on with some pressure and it seems to be holding just fine now. I will keep an eye on it and if it happens again I will swap it out for a replacement. I think the changing temps in delivery probably disturbed the glue a bit. Overall I am very happy with the purchase!

Nice big screen, the picture modes should cover all the need one would potentially use it for (productivity: blue light/reading and movies). Good to use in a small/average bedroom. Easy to use remote and the quick switch between usb-c in (to use with a computer), netflix and web browser is great. 60fps only though.

The quality of the product is very good. Not seeing any technical problems with it.built in tv os can access Apple TV is a plus. The only concern is the color accuracy, which is not perfect but acceptable. Used it as my trading monitor.

I've been using this monitor for over a year. I love it. Gives me very little problems. Only things I would change would be the blue tooth disconnects every time. It would be nice if it would just connect to my speakers automatically instead of having to do it every time. The remote works great but be careful, all Samsung monitors respond to the remote so if you have more than one you might be turning on and off several at a time by accident. Other than that, I use it for photo editing and it does great.

I have used various monitors made by different manufactures over the last 20 years, but this monitor has been my best experience. Samsung's M7 32 inch 4K smart monitor provides a 2 in 1 solution for entertainment and work. The screen looks just like any 32 monitors in its class, but what separates them from the rest happens when you power the screen. First, the screen got through the Samsung enrollment process of connecting the screen to a WiFi source. Once I completed that part, the first thing popped up: the Netflix streaming app intro with bright, vivid colors and some excellent audio sound. In addition, the monitor offers Samsung traditional color preset options from standard, dynamic, and game mode. I usually use the dynamic setting since it brightens the screen and provides a little oversaturation in the colors, making them pop out.
I'm very impressed with this beautiful 4k screen with the bonus of having streaming apps and excited to see what more this screen has to offer.

Just what I needed. Me and my wife share the monitor with a Apple and a PC computer. It’s not the brightest but it’s good enough in our home office with the lights on. It has great speakers and I live the remote. Have not used the smart features yet but might be perfect for a college student in a little dorm room.

Overall, a good monitor. Display is crisp and clear, screen is relatively bright but the matte surface still has a fair amount of glare from bright or off-side lighting. Many of the features could be useful in situations where a multi-function is needed due to space constraints, but it is mostly useless in a computer monitor as the computer can do all of these functions already. One specific point that keeps it from a 5 rating - it has ONLY hdmi or USB-Type C connectors for video. For many hdmi is enough (if you happen to actually have hdmi Version 2.0 - required for 4k/UHD) but a DisplayPort V1.4 port would expand it's capabilities greatly. USB-C video output works nice from newer smartphones, tablets, and laptops, but not all graphics cards feature them yet - at least not on moderate budget models (which is where the monitor appears to be aimed)

I originally bought this monitor for when I left for college to use for video games, but I have used this like a TV since I got it. The smart remote gives it the feel of a TV, but it has the quality of a monitor. I can say that I couldn't have bought a better monitor. I am able to play and watch everything that's available in 4K. I love it!

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This Monitor is absolutely awesome. I was very hesitant to purchase due to the reviews. However, i am glad that i did buy this. The screen size, and quality is very good. I have not noticed any problems with brights or quality. The smart features are really good as well. UI is really responsive and is able to play videos very fluently. Can’t wait to for continued support and update. The only 2 down sides is that the Peacock App is not available, and that the Monitor stand is wobbly. I purchased a stand replacement on amazon to adjust height.

After reading all the negative reviews about this monitor, I was a little skeptical about ordering this monitor, however, the 'smart' features were really tempting. I've used this as a monitor connected to a computer, as a makeshift television, as well as a Dex screen for my Samsung phone.
Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase given this is truly feature rich. The brightness and contrast isn't the best, but I am still playing around with settings a little bit and am hoping I could figure out a sweet spot for work as well as watching movies. Apart from being a little disappointed by contrast/brightness, I do not have any major issues. By itself the brightness or contrast isn't bad, but I have another monitor and the difference is evident when they're put next to each other. USB-C port is a wonderful feature to have in monitors at this price. This monitor is adequate when it comes to picture quality and color reproduction, but it is great in terms of features and versatility.

This is a great monitor. I did order and return two open box versions because one was chipped on the corner and both were missing the remote. The new one I ordered is flawless so far, however. Screen has deep blacks, great color, wide viewing angles, and is plenty bright. I use it as a powered USB C hub for my laptop, and play my Xbox and Playstation on it as well. The built in speakers are more than adequate and the smart features are nice to have. DEX is specially nice if you have a Samsung phone that supports it.

The monitor is relatively easy to setup and has an ok build quality. It wobbles a bit when used with its own stand but the Tizen interface is what makes it a good hybrid option. For those who work from home, it lets you work and entertain in short periods of time.

Excellent Screen, the only problem is the Samsung App store is limited and the mobile device screen share is not allowed for Android devices. (Samsung only, but I didn't buy monitor for screen sharing). I currently do not have a need to Sign-in Office 365 or Remote Desktop via the monitor, my laptop works just fine. but, I like the concept of Keyboard/mouse/monitor only to my work (no computer)
I bought the 32' monitor for a multiple uses screen: 1) as a 2nd monitor for my laptop and 2) for a TV (When I was not working). Plus this monitor can be wall mounted and used in any room of the house. (Bedroom, Kitchen, Garage, Back Porch, etc)
The entertainment apps work well and the BEST feature is the built-in speakers. There are comparable to a standard set of TV speakers, nice and loud!

I use this monitor as an extended display for my laptop both for work (I am an engineer working in the aerospace industry) and for personal use. The 3840x2160 pixel resolution is a godsend for both uses. The speed (60 Hz) is enough for me but I read is insufficient for heavy game users (I do not play computer games). My personal use is for home business, watching soccer games and movies and for that is way better than good enough. It is an incredible buy for the money. My only complaint is that I cannot adjust the brightness. I would have thought that that was a given and it is the only reason I don't give a five stars.

If you are someone that cares about display quality, skip this one. Viewing angles are awful, color accuracy awful. I guess I should have known considering the VA display but for $400 I thought "how bad could it be" I gave it a chance...that was a mistake. The "smart" accept was nice I guess, cool to have Netflix built in to the monitor but not necessary. I'm someone who understands tech pretty well and I could not figure out how to get this display to go any higher than 30hz. That was the deal breaker for me, you can't get any work done looking at anything under 60hz. The menu system was okay but the display settings could have been more detailed. The included remote was nice as well but the speakers were pretty awful. Definitely by something with an IPS display, you won't regret it. I ended up spending $50 more for an LG 27UN850-W which Best Buy doesn't sell I think, but it is just a thousand times better. I'm not entirely sure what I was thinking, should have done a little more research. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I was looking for a monitor for my girlfriend that works with USB-C. This one came in our search and fit well within the price range. The Smart TV options are an added bonus. We're between place staying with family so it's serving as a nice little TV for the time being. The UI is not up to Apple TV smoothness (for example, if you accidentally click the internet button, you exit completely out of an app and have to start over – there is no multi-tasking like in Apple TV), but as a stand in it will do.
As a monitor I wouldn't use it for graphic work which I do professionally, but for spreadsheets and emails it is perfect.

Excellent monitor for the price. Only trade off is the latency to wake after sleep. This is not a gaming monitor but plenty useful for office work. This is VA panel and not IPS, so if viewing angle matters then this is not the monitor for you. Also it’s not color accurate so not ideal for photo editing.
