So far so good. It took me months of searching for a monitor with the new world we live in. One day I found this new Samsung listed on BestBuy and the specs were very intruiguing. I had a SyncMaster from 2009 with the HDTV Tuner at 1080p which was starting to have a washed out picture. Took llong enough for this monitor to come out. Most 4K monitors seem to skip out on the speakers. not sure why. This one came with all the bells and whistles : two hdmi inputs, USBC, and a remote. It even came with all the cables! After reading all the reviews, I was nervous to go pick this up. Figured this was a defect and just like the rest of 2020. Been using this product non-stop and have not run into any issues mentioned in the previous reviews. Managed to buy this on sale for $319 on Black Friday sale. Ended up being way cheaper than most monitors that were on display at my local Best Buy.

Great all-in-one. Not sure why this category took so long to emerge, but it makes perfect sense. The only thing lacking from a Smart TV seems to be a broadcast tuner. I can't imagine many will miss that. In return you get a USB-C connection that makes this thing worth it. Note that the USB-C connection is not even just for video! It also carries sound and any other USB devices you connect to the hub on the monitor. AND the monitor charges the connected device (at 60w)! This makes the dream of a single small cable for EVERYTHING a reality. You also get an RDP (Remote Desktop) client built-in. The keybaord and mouse connected to the monitor will control the device connected over USB-C as well as the internal client. I haven't used the RDP yet, but I like knowing it's there as a backup. All this, and you get wireless Dex for Galaxy phones. It's a swiss-army-knife screen, and a very good value. Image quality is just fine with some tweaking to suit. Turn off the Eco setting. I found the Game setting to be best. Use the laptop's own video settings from there. I'm impressed.

For some people this might be a great solution - all-in-one screen. But for work only use, not a great option.

This product is pretty attractive to me cuz I finally find a monitor that has a remote! I am not an expert so I think the quality for the screen fits good for me. And I love the design as well! Only complaint is sometimes when I tried to connect to my two laptops I don’t know why the signal didn’t show even the cable and line are all correct and I have to unplug to redo it couple times. This may be a dealbreaker for somebody but expect these everything is perfect.

I bought this monitor to mirror my MacBook screen. I am on and off from my desk so being able to just plug my laptop into a bigger screen is nicer than having to 'reopen' all of my work on a desktop computer. Prior to purchasing this monitor, I tried an M1 24" iMac. It was definitely better in terms of screen quality and brightness and sound, but for quarter the price and for the convenience, I kept the monitor. My only complaint would be screen brightness.

This monitor is just amazing. The quality of build and resolution is good, but the ease and convenience of connecting to my android is great! Another great purchase that BESTBUY made easy!

Not too long ago I wouldn't have really considered Samsung when purchasing a computer monitor. Now, I would be hard-pressed to consider anyone else. Flawless image, video and graphics quality, seamless integrations, especially with other Samsung devices. It has many functions that can operate without a computer or other device hooked up, and you can also connect remotes, keyboards, a mouse directly to it and control your computer/ other device as well as navigate the monitor directly. Zero complaints. Well done, Samsung.

Great monitor. It does the trick for casual viewing and working on it. I connect my MacBook Pro using the USB-type C and I don’t even need to open my MacBook. Works great. Love the sound and very simple to set up.

Really easy to connect as a second monitor or use even as a tv. It has Netflix and Amazon built in, it’s really easy to use for kids as well and the screen is just the right size

This is more than just a monitor - it's the future of what a peripheral should be! I use this in conjunction with my MacBook Pro and I couldn't be happier. It scales perfectly upon first connection and I love the auto adjustments it makes for the light conditions in my home office as the day changes. The other big bonus of this monitor is the built in streaming features. It's nice that I don't have to hang another large television on the wall when I've got this great piece of tech sitting on my desk. I also love that the controls are integrated into a remote, rather than having to awkwardly fumble for tiny buttons that I can't see on the monitor itself. Do yourself a favor and go get one of these today!

Great tv/monitor perfect for small to medium sized room

Excellent. Overall great monitor. Picture is good and sound is good. My only complaint would be minimal lag between modes but other than that and for the cost…. Worth it.

Great size! Monitor has more features then I can figure out. I use as a computer monitor vs. TV. Had to Google how to change picture settings. You can only adjust when input is in game mode. I accidentally tossed out instructions. I’m sure that info would have been in there. I probably could have got a non tv monitor to save a little money but really wanted one with speakers and the specs on this were good. Bought Black Friday special.

I wanted a monitor that would charge my laptop through USB-C. The Best Buy employee in monitors sent me to the home entertainment section, and this was better than I was even looking for. Even though they're marketing it as a TV, it's a full-fledged monitor. It has all kinds of inputs and speakers as well. The stand works well, and I do plan to use the VESA mount to mount it eventually. I use it as a second monitor for my MBP and it works great, but I've also used the SmartTV function to play Spotify and even watch some sports. Great job, Samsung!

I love BIG screen! And also It has many features such as Bluetooth, wireless display connection and so on. A couple of things I complain is the brightness. I feel it is darker than other monitor I have. Another one is the monitor setting. If you lose remocon, I have no idea how to change setting.

I love this monitor! great for my graphic design and illustration projects! Everything is so crisp and clear and I love the size.

Love this monitor! Was wanting to buy the newer M8 monitor until I learned that this M7 basically has all the same specs, the M8 just had prettier colors & this one was half the price. I enjoy having a large monitor for multitasking instead of having a dual screen set up. Very responsive and the Apple Airplay & USB-C connections work flawlessly. Definitely a must-buy if you're deciding between this and the M8 and you don't mind the color.

I have a Mac Mini M1 and a 2017 MacBook. Samsung M7 is not user friendly with the MacBook as far as picture quality and making adjustments. Mac Mini has a very good picture quality. A little frustrations with the time and effort it took to research to make the right adjustment. Did not work well with a low grad cable. It said 4K 60Hrz, but it was a cheaper HDMI Cable. Bought a Belkin HDMI, a 100% better quality picture. VERY-VERY Painful Researching & Shopping for a Monitor. M7 has and does and has a little of everything and easy on the pocketbook Was it Worth the time and effort? YES
