Decent Image Quality - Good But Not Great

Overall, the image quality is good, but not great. I'm using this via the USB C cable with a Macbook Pro. It does provide enough power for the Macbook Pro, which is a nice bonus.

It has a very clear pic and I love the fact of using it to also watch my shows and work.

The eARC feature makes it easy for me to switch between FireTV and computer and share the soundbar for sound on both.

My recommendation is that only use this monitor for 4K propouses, sending a lower resolution signal looks ugly, and decolored. Smart TV functions works fine as any other Samsung TV. Samsung need to improve UX/UI on the config menu by adding shortcuts to adjust brightness.

I went from a 40" 4k monitor down to this 32" Samsung M7, mainly to reduce having to turn my head and look at the far sides of my old screen while working. This screen is the perfect size, has some awesome features, and has been working seamlessly. I'm using it via HDMI, and will be hooking up other devices with the other inputs. I love low blue light mode (eye care)! I have been working from home for over 5 years and wear glasses. I have no eye fatigue after using this monitor for 8-12hrs on a daily basis. I definitely recommend this monitor!

I use a small one in the kitchen-breakfast area with a Samsung Soundbar w/o a subwoofer to enhance the sound; it’s terrific. The larger one, 32” 4k model goes in a home office. The 4k is overkill IMO. Each project a fine picture with HD being all that’s necessary on these small screens. While they are currently not state of the art specifications, they are an excellent value when on sale. I like the Samsung operating system being consistent across devices; it’s easy to use. The only concern is viewing in bright light or at an angle off center. The 27” sound needs boost but the 32” is fine unless you want more bass for music. A small Soundbar really helps.

This monitor has good color accuracy for regular office work and the speakers are a nice touch especially during zoom calls. I don’t know how this monitor works with gaming. The fit and finish is what to expect in 2021. This monitor does not have any vertical height adjustment but it’s not expected at this price point. Highly recommended. I purchased 2 additional monitors after the first one.

Had it hooked up to my MacBook Pro via usb-c and the hub was helpful. Also hooked to a TiVo and AppleTV via HDMI. It didn’t always connect to my laptop, especially if it went to sleep. But then suddenly it just stopped working. The laptop recognized the monitor but the monitor didn’t give the option to connect via USB-C any longer. Did a reset, twice, replaced the cable. Nothing. Returned. Picture quality was good, the two stars.

However, the colors are just...off. Greens are way off, blacks just appear grey. I really wanted to love this monitor. But alas, as Randy Jackson would say, it's a no from me dawg.

Remote is convenient to use. Not 5 stars because the physical button on the monitor is very difficult to use, also the smart tv part often removes inputs from hot bar
