Have had it since 2016. No ossues so far. Perfect size screen and I love that it runs with just the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Definitely saves some space. Also, the volume on this is pretty good. I can connect my phone and listen to music with the speaker this has.

It is a good All in One PC ... Our first choice was a Dell All in One PC but due to that PC was a nightmare we returned that one after a week. Then we picked the Samsung and I would give 5 stars if the PC would have also a Blu Ray or a DVD player.

My husband and I thought it was time to replace our old laptop. We decided to go with a desktop instead and we love this one! It's easy to use, fast and the screen has amazing imaging! Very satisfied with our purchase!

Overall it is a good pc, especially the curved monitor. The drawback is that there is no manual or any online reference to explain the functionality and Windows installation as there is no Windows authentication sticker on the pc.

This PC is great for handling every day tasks. I manage my finances with it every day and also good great for surfing the web!

windows 10 sucks. I don't blame Samsung, but windows 7 works and 10 seems to have a lot of conflicts

This computer, like most Samsung's products, is beautiful and well designed. It is a joy to operate. I would buy it again.

My only dislike of this computer is the keyboard. It really is not user friendly and I don't like that there is not a number pad to the right - only at the top.

Sales associate fell short of our expectations. Problems associated with installation were not described clearly. We had to engage another computer service firm to help complete the successful installation of all of the features.

This comp is used at our office and everyday we have customers looking at the screen. I wasn't even planning on getting a new computer until my power pack exploded and effected my harddrive. Needless to say I couldn't wait nor did I want to wait/pay for my old one to be fixed. Was looking at lap tops but didn't feel comfortable. The sales guy showed us an all in one. It was between this and the dell. I liked the keyboard on this one better that's honestly why I got it. But once we got to our store and hooked it up I started to think it's too big maybe we shouldn't have gotten it. First time I had one of our customers come in and look at our screen, it didn't seem too big anymore. come 4 pm when the sun set I always had a problem with glare on my old one, but the curve on this new one doesn't give me that problem. The sound system is even good for what it is. overall it was a good investment.

It was so easy to set up, I did it myself, the color is bright, the screen very easy to read and startup time is very very fast!! I love this computer and will enjoy using it for a long time..

This PC is a great buy for the money. Fast, great image quality, good memory.

This is a replacement that I recentely received. Best Buy was great giving me the replacement without any problems. As far as Samsung is concerned I was very surprised the first computer had to be replaced. I hope the replacement would be better.

The screen is huge. I like that it is curved. It is so easy to turn on and easy to turn back off.

The computer crashed a month after purchase with very little use. I should have bought the HP all in one.

Purchases for the office and has been well worth the decision. We have since purchased two more.
