I tried couple of passive glasses before purchasing this. The glass works well for a 3D. It will good for the money what you pay. Would have given it 5 star but the life of battery is too low. If you planning to buy a 3D glass I would say you should go for rechargeable ones. They are costly then Samsung ones but will save you from hassle of frequent battery replacement.

Recently purchased the Samsung JS8500 which came with only one pair. They are battery operated and that is because they are active and not passive 3D glasses. I really enjoy them and don't notice them when watching a 3D movie.

I'm using these glasses with my Sharp Aquos SQ70 and they are working great. They are lightweight which is nice. They are a little difficult to turn on and the battery life isn't great but overall not bad. With my TV the glasses will actually turn off on their own when the 3D signal goes away which is nice. I've read other reviews that these glasses will remain on and kill the battery with some TVs.

These glasses perform beyond satisfaction, however, the batteries are very hard to find. We had to order the batteries online after going to 5 different stores.

After having used the 2011 version of the 3D glasses, I gave up on 3D. But after using the pair that came with my 2015 8500 65" TV, I immediately purchased three pairs more. The 3D looks AMAZING! I'm never leaving home now.

If you own a Samsung TV with 3D, you are pretty much forced to buy active 3D glasses. The biggest gripe would be having to purchase batteries. It does come with (2) but in the end still have to buy some more. I wished they could have been plug and charge, but maybe that would have been even more expensive. The glasses themselves are very light and do the job well.

40 hour runtime on these compared to 2 or 3 hours on the battery replacement glasses. They are rechargeable and very comfortable. I don't really notice them on! They are worth the extra 30 bucks over the battery model.

I hear the re chargeable glasses are better, but for $20 I am fine with these. Previous reviews said they could only get 2 3d movies out of the batteries, but I'm on 3d movie #4 and the battery is still going strong.

Recently bought a 60" samsung 4k 3D. Needed the glasses and these ones looked reasonable for the price. Great product. Brings batteries and replacement batteries as well. Have not gone to the movie theaters anymore

I see no issue with battery life. We used it for about 10 movies and some random content on YouTube and it is still going good. Perfect design, does not give any dizzy feeling which we experienced with Sony glasses.

Works well with my TV, easy to sync. Need to keep batteries around as they get chewed up pretty quickly.

Great glasses for watching 3D at home. My only problem is remembering to turn them off after you are done or the batteries deplete themselves.

Glasses work fine battery life is short. I wish i knew about the rechargeable glasses at the time of purchase. Note: tv wasnt purchased at best buy

These work really well when the movie you're watching is made in 3D. They still worked for us with our TV set to display in 3D when the movie was a regular blue ray, but the "popping" wasn't as noticeable or intense.

These glasses are much better than the original 3d glasses. I don't have to worry about the battery coming loose while I am watching a movie.

Really does bring the experience to life. Bought them as a gift so don't have much time with them, but from what I have seen they are too cool!

I bought another pair of glasses for my Samsung 4K TV so that other people can watch 3D videos with me. They do a great job for the price.

The battery for these glasses went quickly. I do think they are comfortable and work great for 3D.

Not a fan of 3d but these glasses help reduce the dizziness. My only negative is the battery life, only able to watch 2 movies with them.

The glasses are light weight and comfortable to wear. They aren't intrusive, but I wish they would fold for easier storage.
