This dvd player is awesome. The setup was a walk in the park. It is very easy to use. Had a led read out. Very easy to use. Can't wait to upgrade my tv to see how good everything is with the blue ray and upscale features. I highly recommend it.

Its a blu-ray, same as a many others. It provides an incredible picture, I have a 4K up scaled Denon receiver and a 4K SUHD Samsung TV. Not sure if you would be able to tell the difference without 4K equipment. I am very happy with it.

I use this with my Samsung 4k TV. The same remote works both. It has built in apps and shows a great picture. The only draw back is the manual controls are hard to use and see as they are on the top of the box and just a circle controller

I had an earlier model Samsung and that player was good, but this player is much better. It's easy to setup and use. The picture quality is awsome with Blu Ray and DVD movies. I like that you can skip the previews and just watch the movie.

This player comes loaded with special features and apps! Super easy to setup and very reasonably priced for all the value it gives!

I read the reviews online before purchasing this Blu-ray player and am glad I made the decision to purchase this model. Very easy to setup and use, and the picture quality is better than I imagined. Watching movies in 3D is awesome! Great player and I even bought it on sale! Way to go Samsung!

This is my first Samsung Blu-ray player, I always bought Panasonic models from Best Buy, but their reliability has diminished, this replaces their DMP-BDT360 model that I bought last year. This unit has excellent playback with Blu-ray Discs. Loading Blu-ray Discs is very quick, the remote is lighted (a great thing in a darkened room) and jumping from a disc play to streaming is effortless. If your AVR (Audio Video Receiver) up-converts a Blu-ray Disc for playback in 4K already (if you have one in your setup), there is no need to set the player for UHD playback to your 4K UHDTV set (again, if you have one). Great unit so far.

Worked great right out of the box. Setting this player up was easy and the Wifi works great. I do not have 3D or a 4k tv (yet) so I can't comment on that. Blu ray dvd's look great and I can't wait to purchase a 3D/4K tv to try the other features. For the price you can't go wrong.

This player doesn't disappoint. The user interface is much snappier than an old Dynex blu-ray player that I've had for years. It plays movies very well with the UHD upscaling on my new 4k television. The upscaling can be a little hit and miss as it was with movies back in the early days of blu-ray and HD-DVD. But pictures still look great. My one gripe about this thing are the buttons on the actual device. The standard buttons are on a large circle on the top of the device. I've found that they're really sensitive to accidental touches and sometimes I'll turn it on when reaching for something nearby (like the TV remote). The buttons are also black on black, so it's difficult to tell what button is what unless you have some good lighting. You can't rely on feeling the raised shapes since touching them is enough to trigger the action of that button. So I can't feel around for the little triangle or square without hitting every other button up there.

So far this is the best 4k Blu-ray player for the money, easy to use and has more features than any other on the market in it's price range.

This Blu-ray player is great (connected to 4k ultra HD TV). Playing BR DVDs, using apps, all work well. Only wish it included Amazon Prime Music streaming app; it does include Amazon Prime video, but not the music.

Got a Samsung 55in 4k 8000 series TV for Christmas and this is one of the only blurays that do it all!! Up converts and plays 4k, wifi built in, 3d, and the fastest load time!!!! Literally seconds to play a disc.

This Blue Ray Playeris super easy to set up and provides a beautiul picture. Once again Samsung provided me with wonderful unit at an affordable price. Thank Samsung!

4 stars because I have not tested this product completely. I bought it for upscaling older DVDs, which works very well. I have not set up any other internal streaming because I'm happy with my smart TV's capabilities. I have read however that external devices like this one may produce a better picture. Have not tested that out yet.

This 4K Upscaling Blu Ray player does what it says it will do. It has a pretty decent suite of apps that can be used in place of a smart TV. However, if you already have a smart TV, the apps don't provide much additional value. The player provides a nice crisp picture and does its best to upscale blu rays to 4K on a 4K enabled TV

This was one of the easiest electronic devices I've ever set up. Power cord and an HDMI cable and it works! Even works with Harmony remote without having to mess with reprogramming. Beautiful quality even playing older DVDs. The newest blu-ray DVDs look even better.

Great price and very easy to setup and connect to my network & the internet. Played Avatar, Terminator Genisys & Titanic in 3D which greatly enhanced the viewing experience. Titanic & Avatar were two of my favorite movies prior to watching them in 3D but now they are truly a treasure to watch again & again. This purchase was well worth it & I am in process of buying another for my other 4K 3D TV. Buy with confidence as Best Buy stands behind its products and Samsung makes highly reliable products as well.

Easy to setup and the menu was a breeze to go through. Smart hub is fun and interactive. Sounded fairly quiet when it was playing a Bluray. Overall good product.

I recently bought my first 3D HDTV fand got this 3D Smart Blu Ray player to go with it. I have two other Samsung Smart Blu Ray players that are about 4 years old. When I run apps on my 4-year-old Samsung Smart Blu Ray players the processing time is slow and I sometimes have problems streaming movies using apps like Netflix and Vudu. I do NOT encounter any such problems with this new Samsung Smart 3D Blu Ray player at all. Apps like Amazon Prime, Vudu, and Netflix work very quickly with no lag time when streaming HD shows. There even is a web browser on this 3D Blu Ray player, which works okay, but not great. Samsung greatly has improved their Wifi Smart Blu Ray players over the last several years in terms of streaming HD shows via various apps. I truly am impressed and pleased with the purchase. I probably will buy a couple more to replace my 4-year-old Smart Blu Ray players.

This was my first venture into BD. It works seamlessly with my new Samsung 65" 4K HDTV. I have watched both BDs and DVDs on it and they look great. Unit is extremely easy to use and set up.
