solid dvr model from solid manufacturer...........

I have a Samsung 55" curved 4K TV and bought this player hoping for a 4K experience. It didn't happen. I was unable to tell the difference between the upscaled siginal and 1080p Bluray. Save your money and get a true 4K disk player.

This is nice however I believed that it was a 4K player and when I went to watch a 4K movie it wouldn't play and that was disappointing so I ended up taking it back and bought a 4Kplayer and spent more money to upgrade and get what I wanted

Screen miroring does not work well. And some of the app controls dont work well, but I guess that is not Samsung's fault. Also, I got this one specificly for the upscaling to 4k, but I really can't tell the difference.

The only issue I have with this player is it seems to fail to recognize my tv is 3d capable at times. I am forced to restart the DVD as a workaround and things work fine.

Blu Ray players are so saturated by this point. The video and audio from this player is the same as other players in my house. The only reason I went with this unit over others is that it has a plex media streaming app.

This is a very good blu-ray player. I was a little disappointed in my mistake. I thought, based on the "4K upscaling" on the box that it would play 4K discs. But it does not. But it DOES enhance standard discs well.

This is my first Blu Ray player and so far it seems to doing fine. Haven't gotten any Blu Ray discs yet, but plays DVD's fine. Also streams from my computer although it seems to take a long time to load and reload.

I purchased this 4k player to upgrade from blu ray to 4k. I did not see a difference. When watching a DVD movie on a blu ray player it's almost like watching a blu ray movie. No difference on the 4k player.

I bought this player, straight away it wouldn't read any discs. I returned it and had them ship me a new one. New ones working great, but still disappointed I had to go through all that hassle.

I got this on Black Friday only to have it not play any of my 4K blu rays. My mom has the same one and it works fine. Could of just been a defective one but I exchanged it out for another brand.

Bought this BD player with the upscale ability. It made all my bluray movies better and my dvds amazing. Now for the bad part, I've only had the player a few weeks now and it no longer plays blu ray movies. Ive tried updating it, new movies, old movies, all blu ray movies give an error message saying "playing surface damaged" but they work perfectly in my ps4. Not gonna buy a Samsung again for awhile instead 4k player Xbox 1s!

It froze! No matter what movie I watched. The cust. rep said I must have not done the "upload" It's new, don't wanna. Back To Sony

I bought this dvd player just recently. Haven't had time to plug it in yet. I got a very good deal on a new 60" 4K tv, so it was time to buy a more better dvd player!

Works great. I just didnt like the slow speed the interface moves at, it wont play mp4 files, and it wont remember where you were at in a movie when you turn it off.

Didnt get to use as we would have had to purchase a whole new speaker system so I had to return it, that is why I gave it 3 stars. Im sure it is a good player.

Player says it does not recognize format. Had to restart 10-20 times every time I use blu ray to get it to work. Very frustrating. Once it starts it is a good picture.

This blu-ray player is nothing special but nothing is wrong with it either. Overall, it is just an average player.

I bought this thinking that it was a 4K player. Its still a good product but the 4K upsaclaing doesn't really seem to make much of a difference to me.

This DVD player is average at best. I like Samsung products, but they need to step up their game with their DVD players.
