Since I was replacing an older Samsung with this one did not have to reprogram my remote. Took less than 5 minutes to get through the setup screens. So far very happy with this player

Hi, I probably could have gotten the cheaper version of the same player as I do not need the 3D capabilities, however, it is a nice player with lots of nice features.

The movies are crystal clear and the user interface is nice. I love that it allows me to easily mirror other devices to the player so I can see them on my bigger screeen.

I went through several DVD/BR players that died in a matter of weeks or months. This one has been in service for a while. It is not often used, but when it is is used, it generally behaves, except for a fairly consistent 5 to 8 second blank screen and no audio about 10 seconds after a movie starts. I do not use the built-in Netflix or the like; I prefer a stream-box for that. The remaining features are so far beyond my understanding I have not bothered even trying. The instrunction book entries for those features are - for this vacuum tube-era geek - clear as mud.

This is a better unit than the cheaper one as it actually has a display so you can tell if its turned on or not. Worth the extra $$ vs guessing if you turned it on or not.

I like this a lot. My previous blue ray player stopped working. I like that I can access so many things with this one! My TV is not a smart tv. I don't need it with this player.

Good features and clear DVD, Blu-Ray playback. I am using this on a LED TV that's not SMART capable so I now I have the Smart Hub and can stream movies and utilize all the apps.

I love everything this player has to offer, just wish it offered more. I hate that we can't download a larger variety of apps. It comes with a bunch of apps that I've never heard of or will ever use.

This is (at the time of purchase) the latest of Samsung's smart DVD players. That is to say it includes applications like Netflix, Youtube, etc. Unfortunately, Samsung has chosen to make its operating system proprietary, so one can only get Samsung-approved apps (no Kodi for you!). Also, screen mirroring with Samsung phones ceased working with the last Android update. I'm hoping they fix that last defect, but so far, no. It's OK, but one can now get Android devices that let you stream from a variety of similar sources, and it's been a long while since I played a DVD...so

The unit operated flawlessly from the outset. We have found the function to meet our expectations. The only challenge has been getting used to since we had a similar system.

I got this to replace a Sony blue ray player that was nothing but trouble. This is working very well with my older Samsung TV. They play together, with seamless integration.

Many of these out there are so unnecessarily large. This one is perfect and movies on it look as you would expect it. Haven't tried 4K upscaling but the 3D looks good.

This is a good enough product, but be careful. In the store, the information tag in front of the item is vague about the up-scaling vs. being a full-on 4K blu-ray player. This will not play 4K blu-rays.

Love my new smart DVD player by Samsung! The TV it's hooked up to is not a smart tv so the DVD player allows me the same options as my smart tv located in another room

Product has met our expectations; YouTube streams flawlessly where before the video would stop and buffer while playing. Has not happened since we bought the blu-ray player.

I have always loved Samsung products and every year they just keep getting better. I also love the Samsung mobile team when needing help with purchasing a phone.

Both functional and beautiful. My only beef is that there seems to be no such thing as buttons, anymore. They are antiquated, but sometimes quite useful. Like the eject button, at the very least. Ugh.

We haven't used all the features it has. We needed a new one and purchased at the store since the price was right. Nothing more can I say on this product.

Blu-Ray player works great. I have no problems with it. Can watch Blu-Ray movies and TV shows. Also works well with CDs and DVDs. Also has my favorite app, YouTube.

There aren't many 3D blu-ray players out there anymore so we pretty much had to go with this one but it turned out great! Works very well. Glad we made this purchase.
