so far no problems with blu ray player haven't been to best buy in a while so I came back and so far is satisfy with my merchandise I have purchased

The installation was quick, however the manual lacks sufficient instruction to operate the player. The result was about an hour of trial and error to determine how to operate the player. It was connect to a Samsung TV but this did not make the procedure easier. It is a fairly recent TV, purchased within the last year, but the player did not recognize the model. Player does operate well once you determine how to operate it,

My old Blue ray DVD player wore out. Went to Best Buy to purchase a new Blue ray DVD player. Love my new Samsung DVD player! So easy to navigate!

This is compatible with our Samsung TV. It works with the same remote and automatically changes the source when starting and stopping the discs.

Bought this Blu-Ray DVD Player and I couldn't be more happier! I love Samsung products. I have never been dissatisfied with their electronics!

This unit was a replacement. I have it it over 3 months and no problems. It does what Samsung says it will. The remote is easy to use and small. It's a good buy for the money.

We had a Sony dvd player for 10 years and it was time to replace it. We've decided to go with Samsung to match our brand new TV. This dvd player is a disaster to manage. The remote makes no sense to control anything and worst part is if you stop the movie and try to watch the rest next day, it starts from the beginning like where the commercials are and you can't even skip them or select a screen to find where you left of!

I have a Samsung TV and it works great as a pair. When I turn on the blu ray player, it fires up the tv. I like all the included extras, Netflix, etc.

I think my summary says it all for what I need.I wanted a player that would play both my old, my new and better sounding DVD's all on one player.

I bought this hoping to ve sble to stream movies in various fornats. So far, it csn play anything I throw at it. No more "Codec not supported".

I love the DVD player, but there seems to be issues with my Samsung TV turning off and back on occasionally. I probably just need to learn the order of turning things on and off.

Several times the bluray player has come up with an error saying not connected to the internet and has to be restarted to reconnect. Also remote does not always operate the device properly and when you open it to put in a disk it will close again as soon as it opens. Also the power and play buttons on the top of the player are too hard to read and can barely even be seen so you can't open it without using the remote.

It's a fairly straight forward, basic DVD / BluRay player. I'm not totally thrilled with the button arrangement on the remote.

So far, this has been a really good Blu-ray player. We wanted one that had access to several different online movie sites and this one does.

This blu-ray player is much better than any of the others I own. It plays every type of file I throw at it, and has a nice looking interface.

We were looking for something to connect to our tv and watch Sling TV. It does not have this as an option. However, If you want a great 4K streaming Blu ray. This is it!

We were looking to upgrade from our 6 year old blu ray player and were surprised to find such a great new one for such an awesome price. Definitely happy with the purchase.
