Great microwave. Very nice design, spacious and easy to use. Black stainless steel adds great look to microwave.

This product has been great. Next month would have been 3 years I’ve had it and today a code “SE” popped on the screen. It stopped. I’m glad I purchased the Geek Protection. So I called and they sent someone out a few days. Sometimes when too much steam gets in the panel it will give this code. Usually you can unplug it for 20-30 min and it would reset. Within 24 hours they sent a tech, determined the problem and solved it.

I wanted to replace my over-the-range microwave, because my last one burned out. I bought this one and was able to install it with no issues. It gives you a paper template, so you know where to put your holes at in both the cabinet and the wall. It also comes with all of the hardware needed. Plenty big to heat up most foods. Looks super clean and simple like I wanted.

I purchased this microwave because I like that the buttons were on the bottom instead of on the side. It was different. It works great and it's pretty quiet. I love the sensor cook that it has and also the rack where I can cook multiple things. The only downside is that I wish the glass wasn't so dark. You can see in while it's on.

We definitely like this microwave as it is very large. You have to get use to opening a large door because the controls are at the bottom and not on the side. So the door is quite large. Some people may not like this if you have a small standing space.

This Microwave is worth the money and looks great in my kitchen. I love the size and also the space inside.

I really like that very sleek look of this microwave and fit in our space very well I really like that the door handle is recessed on the side no more bulky handle sticking out getting hot when the stove is on makes a big difference

This is an attractive microwave that works great, has many features, and the best part is the handle will never break because there is no handle! I had 3 microwaves by 3 different manufacturers where the handle would eventually break on me after a year or two. This design prevents that from happening and it looks sleeker as a result. It works great and looks even better!

Great microwave unit, and arguable the best of the Samsung line of microwave product. The first that got delivered had a factory defect but Best Buy was quick to provided a replacement that is both beautiful in the kitchen space, and runs much quieter. The metal grill separating the lower and upper space helps maximize the time it takes to heat up multiple food items all at once. It is a great buy.

This monster of a microwave replaced our GE microwave that only lasted 2 weeks. We've been fans of G.E. for 23 years until our last purchase took s turn for the worst. This Samsung is way quieter than the last one (G.E) We love the many levels it came with. Easy to clean and btw it matches the Samsung fridge we received as a gift. What a wonderful gift! Never thought I would own a Samsung appliance. It's working for us :) :)

Great microwave. Love the easy clean inside. Splatters just wipe away. We make a lot of popcorn and were surprised when the system shut off automatically when it was done so it didn't burn. The moisture sensor really works. Was also easy to install. I agree with another reviewer that replacing the filter is going to be a major inconvenience. That's a crazy design flaw but I had read that before going in so that's on me. My only reason for not giving a five is because the fingerprint resistance is a little misleading. Yes, absolutely the black stainless is fingerprint resistant but the glass on the front where all the buttons are is not. Every time I press the numbers, turn on the fan or the light I've got to clean the glass. No biggy though. Wipes easy enough and take glass cleaner to it once a week and all new again.

Easy to work and clean. It is very quiet. No fingerprints which is a nice feature.
