The proces has Ben very disappointing. We weee sold this refrigerator that we were very excited about, had all the features that we were looking for and more. There days layer, Best Buy came out with a President’s Day promotion so we went back to the store to request the change. The sales employee was not able to adjust the price down so she canceled the purchase with a delivery date of Feb 20 and put it through again with changes and a free $400 gift card to be delivered March 29. We said OK and left the store. A week later we were contacted through a call and text by Best Buy Customer Service to be informed of a delivery date change. I called and spoke with BB customer service agent which informed me that the delivery date was changed to beginning of May/025 because they never had the product in stock and need to place an order with Samsung to have it delivered to them by April 18 and then made available to me for beginning of May. At this point we went back to the store, cancel the order and returned the payment. I wish Best Buy would stop advertise appliances as a display if they do not have them in stock.

Horrible customer service. They gave me two delivery dates and then they cancelled both. Now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks for delivery, If that date is not postponed. They blame it on the “special order”. Very slow service. As big as the company is I would expect more precise and faster service . All they can say is “sorry”. Lame!!!!

Best Buy will take your money and say it is in stock.. once you get a few days out from delivery they push it out.. I have now been waiting 3 months and have no confidence I will ever get my appliances.. canceled the order
