    We placed a large order for our new home—delivery and installation included. On delivery day, they showed up, dumped the product at our front door like they couldn’t care less, and left without installing anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave me every excuse in the book—“it won’t fit,” “we don’t want to risk it”—but in the end, I got sick of the back-and-forth. After wasting 30 minutes arguing, I managed to bring everything inside MYSELF. So don’t tell me it wouldn’t fit. That’s a flat-out lie. What makes it worse? I went through one of their so-called “experts” to place the order. And now? They’ve ghosted me—no replies to calls, no response to emails. I’ve used Best Buy for years, both personally and for my business, but this was the final straw. I’m done. I’ll never use Best Buy again. I hope others don’t waste their time and energy like I did. Save yourself the frustration.

    I haven't recieved it yet. The communication between sales, the geek squad & the geek squad customer service is awful. Still waiting on my appliances to be delivered.

    Great fridge with some design issues

    The family hub screen is huge and pairing it with Alexa so it can play music in the kitchen is great. The beverage center idea is great but it really only works for small cans and short bottles. There is not enough vertical space for a regular jug of milk without removing one of the door panels. The biggest issue I have is that the vertical spacing of the main panels is not tall enough to fit a typical 1 liter soda plastic bottle. It ALMOST fits but not quite; if there were maybe half a centimeter more clearance, then it would fit. Yes, one of the panels slides in for more vertical space, but that takes away usable area. You would think that Samsung designers would have thought to accomodate the typical 1L bottle that takes up whole aisles in every supermarket in the US. It’s a big miss in an otherwise great refrigerator.

    Do NOT buy Samsung refrigerators!

    Do not buy this refrigerator. We loved the hub and all the features but the ice maker is extremely small and has broken 3 times in the 3+ years we have owned the unit. One replaced under warranty, one we paid for and now at 14 months and out of warranty it is broken again. Samsung will not stand behind the unit. Google the refrigerator there are numerous people who have the same issue and many other issues. You think for the money they charge they would stand behind the unit.

    Overpriced! Poor quality!

    We bought this flex family hub fridge about 5 years ago and now the freezer section has stopped working. It actually stopped working for few months now. We paid 3k for this fridge and it couldn't even give 5 good years. $3000.00 appliance should not crap out in 5 years. And not to mention the icemaker keeps freezing up. That actually started happening a year after we got the fridge. I would not recommend this or any other Samsung fridge.

    Piece of crap

    this unit is a piece of crap, it is nice to look at but the features are not reliable. I haven't had this for 2 years, and I've called the technician about 5 times already. I bought cheaper appliances previously and had no issues with them. Please do not waste your hard-earned money like I did. I wish someone warned me about this before i purchased it.

    Icemaker didn’t work - bought 3 times

    Ice maker came broken and didn’t work. Molded inside. Replacement was sent and came broken with auto door opener motor broken. Doors wede misaligned. Geek squad could not fix and recommended to send it back. So we await refrigerator number 3 which won’t be here until July 31st. Folks at store have been veey nice and helpful. It has been very stressful and my food went bad.
