Love the fridge and the feature’s. Family hub is great to have a quick glance of needed information and love the thing that ice maker is now in the freezer section and top section has more space now.

Very cool Fridge. Not sure about the automatic door opening. It opens, but then you have to close manually.
The beverage center is great and we use it daily.
I am a bit disappointed that the wifi capability only allows 2.4 ghz. The response time can be slow as well. Improvements from the last version, but it could be better. Also, the screen is big, but came with defective pixels. Still working on getting that remedied.

The product is amazing. It is like an entertainment center as well as a fridge. We have our picture on it, watch the news and many other future. the better thing about it is the AI feature. I am taking 1 point off because the beverage center door is having a problems and the water refill pitcher is not working yet. I cannot figure it out.

Excellent services at the store. We were provided with answers to all the questions we asked about the refrigerator, warranty, monthly energy that it would use, and delivery. Best service we had I. Many years!!

I've faced a few issues with this fridge. Biggest one is when you send photos to the fridge it breaks the photo app.
The drawers don't slide in like my older Samsung, you have to push more.
The ice making doesn't retract a piece of the mechanism so you have to manually do it.

Fridge is very nice looking. It is great having a smart hub in the kitchen.
