Damaged refrigerator

I purchased my refrigerator on July 7, 2025. It was delivered August 22,2025. When it was taken off of the truck and out of the box, it was badly damaged by the fan. They took it back and now they are telling me I won’t be able to get another one until October 7, 2025. I’ve taken all of my food out of my old refrigerator because it’s not cooling. I’m in a real bind. This is so unacceptable. I’m not happy at all!!! Best Buy has not offered any kind of compensation for my inconvenience. They act like it’s no big deal at all!!!

Product is ok, but was delivered in my wrong address, even with my explanation in the store saying that my delivery address was wrong in my records.

Happy to leave review, BUT!! Still didn’t receive, back up until mid October. Next will order from Samsung directly, as I ordered my range, fast, on time + $100 for my old one. I financed and paying monthly installments for not delivered refrigerator

Terrible experience. Stopped working 1/2 hour after it was delivered on Aug 20. Been trying ing to get it fixed ever since. Missed service calls, no shows, and multiple phone calls.

Really bad item

I only have 15 days with this fridge and already started having issues with, the display panel stopped working and now Best Buy come with excuses regarding replacing my item. Every store have a 90 day store warranty.

Best fridge ever

Probably the coolest fridge ive ever owned. The pitcher refilling itself is cool for filling up coffee in the morning. Or stsnly cups and such. It makes enough ice for 6 people who use a lot of ice to be happy. And the camera ai thing is neat. It tells you all kinds of things. Helps with rotating groceries so you know for sure they are being used. And it makes recipies. I made a shrimp and rice dish off the recipie guide and it was good. My one gripe is that getting ice at nitlght is quite loud. But so was the old fridge dispensor when you wanted crushed ice.

Love this fridge! The one-touch automatic opening of the doors, the pictures it takes each time you remove or add something to it, the middle drawer gets very cold. Super quiet, and the Android OS on the door is like my phone. Great to have music, tv, etc, playing on it. And I'd rather have limited space in the freezer to store ice rather than the refrigerated top part.
