The access door to the water dispenser can be. difficult to open, sometimes. That door should be touch activated, also. The rest of the refrigerator is great. Overwhelmed by the extra space.

The fridge is stacked with cool features. The dual ice makers are awesome. It's a beautiful fridge and I want it to work so bad. I have the fridge set to 34°. Using multiple sensors and fridge thermometers I noticed the inside temperature constantly fluctuates all the way up to 47°. The freezer portions and flex zones work great. It's just the fridge portion that can't stay reliably on set temperature.
Replaced the first fridge but the replacement does the same thing.

This really looks like a 2025 refrigerator. It's pretty "smart" and has a lot of funky gimmicks. Functionally, it's great so far!
The only downsides are slow ice making, and opening the beverage door could be a hit or miss.

We have not gotten it yet but we had the earlier model we got open box and it worked good but the freezer didnt work right so they are switching it out for us next month.. hopefully the next one has no problems

So far it’s great! Especially like the ai inside for when I’m at the store and need to know if I have something already. It showed me what was in my fridge.

Had to Google to set up home could be easier. TV stopped working after two days did tech support. Had to turn off and turned back on to reset working again so far.

Let me start with the refrigerator is really cool, we enjoy all the features that come with this brand.
My biggest problem is that when we purchased it the advertisement shows several options for customized colored panels, which I really wanted, but that was not the case. All the colors have been discontinued we were never told that that was and issue. I'm not happy, I feel the advertising was misleading.

Big improvement on the original family hub. The family is loving their new fridge. Keeps us fully informed, the news, entertainment and security hub while we are in the kitchen.
