This Samsung Matte Black Steel refrigerator is super pretty, and the black color gives the whole thing a touch of elegance. It has plenty of storage space. I no longer need a TV in the kitchen. With its screen, I can watch recipes, watch the news, listen to music, etc. I love the automatic water fill, and what I like most is that when I'm shopping, I can see what's inside the refrigerator from my phone.

Love the fridge, space layout etc, but I do not like having to constantly clean the doors. My children leave their smudgy hands all over this thing. I was actually opposed to having (yet another) digital media screen ((do we Really need this in our kitchen?!)) ...however turning on oldies while cooking is so nice, and everyone who visits our home loves the picture slide. Alas, to my Husband's delight, I was wrong.

Love, love, love this smart fridge. I went with the Bespoke option because I wanted the ability to change up the look of my appliances if I wanted. This unit is packed with options but I think the one I love the most at the moment is the self filling pitcher.

I love it. Being able to see inside is great. The fact that I can play a slide show of all my pics on the screen is awesome. Integrates with my Alexa. Has so many apps it’s gonna take me a long time to really find out how much it really can do. Finally having an ice maker that works! I love it.

I love my smart fridge, very spacious and the feature to look inside through the camera is clutch. Would definitely recommend, if yo are looking for a refrigerator that is sleek and spacious then this is the one. Did I mention the water from the beverage station is so CRISP, like the alps.10/10

Great fridge. Looks amazing in my place. Use to have just the four-door bespoke, but added the screen this time arouns, which is a nice perk.

Its very spacious love the multiple storage, but just recently my ice maker isnt working properly its not making as much ice as when i first bought it and also isnt make small ice cubes only large ones.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! One of the best purchases I’ve made from the Best Buy outlet store. Looks amazing and works great! It had plenty of storage and it conveniently adds things to my grocery list! I absolutely love it!!

Great fridge we love our upgrade the only complain was the delivery took more than expected and when we contacted Best Buy they said they would give us some cash back for the delay and at the end of the day they didn't keep their word on that!

Great storage and organization and the technology is unreal! Kids thinks its another toy lol. Got it opened box for $1690! Brand new still had all plastics and foam, was just missing 2 door shelves which i called Samsung and they are shipping them to me at no cost!

Love the new updated family hub Bespoke by Samsung, though our household's favorite part is hands down the beverage center, and updated icemaker!!!!!! Thank you Samsung and Best Buy for setting us up w an AWESOME appliance! Its GREATLY appreciated!

There is so much to love about the fridge and it just got delivered today. I love the family hub, the ability to choose a temperature for the middle drawer, and the hidden beverage center & automatic refill pitcher! I can’t leave 5 stars because the doors aren’t leveled and I have to wait for someone to come see how to fix it next week! Not sure if it’s a defect or what. I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue.

We LOVE this fridge! It’s spacious (don’t get counter depth!), sleek and fits our needs! and we’ve been having a ton of fun writing notes to each other using the touch screen. 10/10 stars

Customer service was very knowledgeable on the products. They went above and behind to make sure I chose the right range and refrigerator for my kitchen and to make me happy. I’m definitely going back for the washer and dryer!

After setting up my dream refrigerator my kitchen was flooded with water from my new refrigerator. I contacted Best Buy and they told me the Geek Squard will visit me 9 days later to check my refrigerator. The ice maker makes a very small amount of ice and the tablet won't go in sleep mode. The refrigerator is stuck in retail mode. When the Geek Squard arrived they referred me to Samsung who told me that I have to pay $1500 more to have the refrigerator replace because they're unable to fix it.

I love the changes that Samsung has made to this refrigerator. The icemaker is no longer in the refrigerator section...it's in the freezer section! Now, my icemaker doesn't freeze up on me. Also, the display screen is awesome!

Great fridge. Highly recommend getting this fridge with the screen. You can modify the panels and they are easy to put on.

We've had ot for about 3 months now and it has been a good purchase nonetheless it's not the first Samsung anything we buy the only regret we should have bought the larger size
