The Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator is great, but we had an issue with the installation. One of the doors was dropped and they were supposed to credit us for the dent but when we called the phone number given to us it wasn't right and when we called the store, no one knew anything about the situation and wouldn't help us further. We are very unsatisfied with the service. We also have been waiting months for our in-store credit to be credited to us.

Sleek design, plenty of storage. Most you need two doors open to open drawers, this allows one door open. Freezer is spacious too!

This Samsung was my choice for an exchange when my LG fridge failed while under a BB extended warranty. I wanted a fridge with ice making in the freezer, not on the door but I still wanted easy access water. This model works for me, and without the often problematic ice on the door feature. I like all the space in the fridge and freezer and the added bonus of two different-sized ice cubes. I've only had it a month but I'm happy so far.

Love the new refrigerator! Always have ice - with 2 choices of cube size! Happy with the drink center inside the door. The one I had outside would drip, splash and get dirty.

The refrigerator was purchased from a closeout sell. The price was excellent! Unfortunately, it wouldn’t cool down after the initial installation. We called customer service to make an appointment. Someone came out in a few days to check the issue and order a replacement part. It was working within a few days. The space is amazing compared to our previous refrigerator. Our entire family loves the beverage center. The panels make the refrigerator even more amazing. This by far was a great purchase.
