We are very pleased with our Samsung Bespoke. We chose the White Glass and it looks better than we imagined it would in our kitchen. We love the beverage center, the auto-fill water pitcher is a great feature, we add fresh berries, cucumber and lemon to infuse our water. It's very spacious. We also love the size of the freezer and the 2 different types of ice options. Overall this is the best purchase we have made for our new home thus far. Highly recommend this model.

Never got my hundred dollar $150 gift card very upsetting. Don’t quite understand why they’re giving me the runaround between corporate and my local Best Buy.

Love the modern and sleek design. The beverage center - with auto refill ensures you have cold water each time. The dual ice maker is also very nice to have. We are very happy with this purchase!

Exchanged this refrigerator for a Fridgedare. Just received it 2 days ago, so everything seems fine so far.

My wife has been looking at this Samsung Refrigerator for a few months and finally they have started hitting the local merchants. We looked over several and Best Buy was the outright winner for price, delivery, setup and removal. This Samsung refrigerator at 30 cubes is big enough for what this family needs. Along with the filtered water, ice dispenser, large freezer and crisper bins both my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of this Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy!

Pros: Nice looking. Spacious from inside. Water pitcher for cold water with auto fill function. Lots of Ice with 2 different size of cubes. Good for filling up water bottle with smaller opening. Glass panels, nice asthetics and convenient to leave a quick note or reminder. Cons: No Handle to open or close the fridge. This will lead to door slaming since there are no handle to control the door when closing. Especially kids. The water dispenser is inside. Hence when dispensing water the fridge is open and loosing cold air. Ice dispenser in the freezer. You need to use hands to get ice. Which can get messy if you have kids. To open the door to water dispenter has separate opening. The Fridge comes with 4 washers to help balance the doors. One of my door was not adjusted by the installer. Hence the tab between the doors was not shutting and sealing the fridge. Hence it was leaking cold air. We accidentally disposed the washers and later I had to fish them out of the trash. Summary: I will not recommend this fridge for practicle reasons. Lookwise its nice and ellegant.

I was never able to ise the refrigerator due to incompetent customer service and delivery representatives. Product was returned unused after sitting in my LIVING ROOM for nearly 2 weeks. 1 Star rated due to inability to.properly rate the actual product.

Pleased with the size of this refrigerator. We really like the two different trays for ice.

Only 5 days in with this fridge and we love it. I will update this post after a month to let those looking to buy this model know if we are still in love. More space and great amounts of ice are the reasons we are loving this beast.

Amazing product for the price. We needed a bigger fridge and this was the perfect one. It works better than our previous one and the best thing is that it saves energy.

This fridge is great! Once I downloaded the app I found features I didn’t know existed. It has made the fridge features even better. The size is excellent for a family. I have no complaints

We've had this fridge for 2 years & 6 months. Love the layout, love the more than generous space. BUT, for the past month the icemaker had been dropping 4 of the large-sized cubes formed as 1 large block. This morning the touch control pad was inoperable & flashing an error code. Called Samsung & was given instructions that we, as Senior citizens could not do. Began a "service request" but halted when Samsung could not tell us any pricing, date of service, or how long the usual wait time is for Samsung ice maker parts. (Local guy is coming out this afternoon.) Samsung is known for having ice maker problems. I should have know better: I will NOT be buying a Samsung fridge in the future.

I love the Samsung fridge white panels. 100% recommended
