I was a little skeptical at first, but this product totally blew me away. The quality is top-notch, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to—if not more. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and functionality. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and already see a noticeable difference. I love the sleekness, and the affordability. This range heats up fairly quickly, which is a major plus. It's awesome that you also receive a $100 gift card as a bonus! I also want note, that in the pictures I submitted, I have to fill in the missing tile because my old stove covered that opening, lol!

I purchased this beautiful stove and immediately purchased a high dollar set of cookware to use with my new stove. I bought Ninja Foodi Neverstick Premium Cookware. The 1st and 2nd times that I used a pan on the stove it scratched off the black coloring on the stove top ridges. Samsung blamed Best Buy for not telling me what kind of pans I shouldn’t use (Never have I ever heard of such a thing). Samsung didn’t tell me either. I read the manual and never did it say not to use metal bottom pans. Ninja was very easy to work with and agreed to take the pans back with a full refund. But, my stove is ruined now! I’m heart broken to say the least.

Picked up 10/18/24. Finally had time to install it 11/9/24. Box looked fine. Front of range was smashed. Called and can not return or exchange after 14 days. When did such a short exchange time come into place? This is damaged and was just opened 11/9/24. I just wanted to exchange it. Spent $800 on a damaged range. Spent another 5 hours taking it apart to fix it the bests I could. We are building a barn with a kitchen along with a new house. Planned to start buying appliances as we seen good deals. If a box looks fine why would you open it till you're ready? Will not buy from Best Buy in the future.

I needed a range that was NOT convection and had good ratings. Hard to find. I have Celiac disease and if you put gluten in a convection ONCE it's contaminated forever. I needed a new range and was afraid if I waited too long they would ALL be convection.
This one was well priced and had features I was looking for. It's been about 2 months and here are my thoughts:
Pros:
*Oven and cooktop heat up FAST
*It's freaking gorgeous. I mean gorgeous.
*Can preheat from the app
*Can enter exactly the oven temp you want w/number pad
Cons:
*As others have said the oven does not run at the temp you want it to. So either plan for at least 15% more cooking time or use a higher temp. Ex: I usually roast a chicken at 350, now I do it at 375.
*The vent holes at the top of the door allow any spills to get between the glass panes. THIS ANGERED ME.
*The cooktop is so hot you will constantly boil over if you aren't super careful.
*Those bespoke buttons are super sensitive-once you pinch and turn them, they EASILY slide around at the slightest provocation and change your cooking temp.
*The push buttons are also super sensitive and you will constantly accidentally activate the oven.
*Manual does NOT tell you how to set up the remote use correctly. You hold the button down to activate use of the feature, then tap it to actually be able to use it. It turns off on its own often.
*I accidentally set the child lock AND IT WOULD NOT DISENGAGE. I had to reset the breaker to overcome the glitch.
*YOU CANNOT CONTROL THIS W/ALEXA, AND ONLY THROUGH THE SMART THINGS APP.
If you still want this oven, here are my tips:
*ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE AI, YOU HAVE TO TALK TO SAMSUNG'S SMART THINGS GROUP. THE APPLIANCE REPS DONT' KNOW HOW IT WORKS, BUT THE SMART THINGS PEOPLE CAN FIX IT IN 30 SECONDS.
*Take it seriously about not cleaning the cooktop until it is COMPELTELY COOLED. I melted a cleaning cloth on it.
*Get the expensive cleaner for this type of cooktop. I ruined one by a previous brand w/in a month. This one is holding up better. Also use the special red scrubber made for these. And use microfiber cloths.
Overall I'd buy it again as it's not convection and I don't have the option of gas. But it's kind of a pain.

I bought this on July, and on October had a small water spilled on the left big burner while it was hot. It automatically started fuming, and displaying an error on the led display, but later on that evening, it reseted by its self, and was able to use the rest of the stove and oven. Started the process with the Samsung for its 1-year warranty, and it.was.hell. Constantly had repair tickets closed do to errors on contact information, protocols, missing parts, you name it! Range was awesome until the accident. Oven heats fast, and overall look its beautiful. So go for it, but be very careful of liquids and spillages.

We’re very happy with our new Samsung stove/oven range from Best Buy. It heats quickly, cooks evenly, and looks fantastic in our kitchen. The features are intuitive, and it’s been a great addition to our home. We love the smart features and that it is accessible with an app.
The installation team did a great job. They were professional, timely, and upfront about a small dent on the back of the range, which isn’t visible after installation. They informed us right away and arranged a discount, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great experience with both the product and Best Buy’s customer service! Highly recommend.

This wasn't the stove that I wanted, but I couldn't afford the one I truly wanted from Samsung. However, I am pleased with this one. Is is an excellent stove with nice heat control and the oven is wonderful because it has smartthings capability so if you would like to pre-heat your oven before you get home you can do so. Overall good value for the money.
