delivery the item was damaged by a small dent on the side. today I found another issues with the dryer top portion is separated as if the dryer has been dropped of the truck as of 12/29/2023 dry is not working properly. i will be reaching out to the store in the morning

I searched forever for the perfect Samsung washer dryer combo to r place the set I currently owned. I wanted to purchase from Best But because their delivery/install services are way above the standard. I arrived a tad late as the had already installed the pedestal
To the washer and dryer and we’re in the act of installing them when I walked in. The installer was standing behind the washer and dryer. He placed his hands on both and launched himself over as I said he was going to dent the top with his weight. He said no. But my new washer has a dent. They did not level them before installing so we have vibration. I searched EVERYWHERE for this set but wanted to get them from Best But because I knew the instal would be superb. It was not. I’m so sad. So disappointed and don’t know what to do. So much money for a brand new exceptional item that was damaged during instal and is not as promised. Best Buy let me down this time.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... WE HAD LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT ORDERED WITH PEDESTAL ALL AT ONCE SO THAT CAN BE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED TOGETHER (NOT TO MENTION WE PAID FOR INSTALLATION)... THEY SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULED DAY WITH NO PEDESTAL AND SAID THEY DONOT HAVE PEDESTAL FOR US ..WE HAD TO CALL BEST BUY THEN THEY TOLD US THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY IN STOCK...VERY BAD COMMUNICATION... SHOULD HAVE BEING DONE ALL AT ONCE SO I JUST DONT HAVE TO STAY HOME FOR THEM .....WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN....RIDICULOUS HOW THEY MANAGE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Not able to connect to wifi with samsung smart things. Not getting any support from bestbuy on it.

worst ever that I bought. I was deeply disappointed in Best Buy customer service over the phone. hanging up calls in the middle is not acceptable. not answering questions about refunds or just transferring here and there. never complained in the consumer forum. but seems like that is a good solution now

Not worth the price and wait

Hard to tell if it was the Best Buy installation or the actual appliance but we’ve been having issues with both the washer and dryer since the delivery, and because we’ve been told that these are back ordered for months the only real option is to have a tech come out but those appear to also be back ordered and the appointment has already been moved back once, at which point it will be about one-two months since delivery without these working properly or at all. Once the tech comes out (assuming we last 2 more weeks without just returning these) I may update the review.
