The refrigerator seems to be a good buy. The sensors seem to be very sensitive so please make sure you pay attention to the doors being open. So far this has been a great buy.

It’s ok….love the front of the refrigerator with the white front panels, but the sides are dark, including the side of the doors that need to be exposed to open(counter depth).
It makes weird sounds occasionally, one of the freezer shelves shattered for no reason. Was in a million pieces. Nothing heavy was on the shelf. When you open the refrigerator, and put you left arm in to retrieve something, it opens the freezer. Surprised that a large company like Samsung has not addressed these issues.

All I can say is don’t buy. Don’t buy it from Best Buy, and don't buy it from Samsung. Neither one stand by the product. This fridge stopped working after 8 months. Called Best Buy who told me I needed to contact Samsung. Almost a month later, I’m still without a refrigerator. Samsung is dragging their feet on replacing the refrigerator after they approved an exchange, and now tells me they have to “escalate” the ticket in order to get the new refrigerator even ordered. This is a week after they approved it to begin with. One of their approved service providers called me out of the blue to let me know they were on their way to fix the current one, which was certainly confusing. However, Samsung says that since they approved for an exchange, they would not pay for the repair. So on one hand, they arrange for a repair to be made after they approve the refrigerator to be replaced altogether, and on the other tell me that I have to pay for the repair if I want my refrigerator working today. Is this who you want to buy products from? I have been a long time purchaser of Samsung products, but no more. This is my second Samsung refrigerator, and the first one was complete garbage that didn’t last 5 years. I was dumb enough to be conned into believing that they built better products now. They don’t. Definitely doesn’t make me want to buy from Best Buy either. Samsung states that BB could have assisted me, but chose not to.
