We picked out this dishwasher due to it being an open box buy and love it. Great features and works well.

Samsung has risen to the top of the food chain in the appliance world (not including ultra luxury brands). I figured buying their top model would be a solid purchase. However hasn't turned out as planned. It has nice looks and is the most silent dishwasher when operating that I've ever used. More quiet than any Bosch, Viking, Miele model. The problem is it doesn't dry items well. It's not the end of the world because items don't show water streaks after being put away but the dishwasher interior stays moist and starts to smell with mildew. I'm already in the habit to leave my Samsung washing machine door open when not in use to prevent smell since it's water-tight front load, but I don't want to do that for the dishwasher as it's always visible in the kitchen.

This dishwasher is part of the Chef's Collection and is very attractive and matches the rest of the suite of Samsung appliances. The unit washes great and best of all, it is super quiet. I also like the separate top drawer for laying cutlery--no more baskets.

Love the look of the model and the quiet motor. Interior is restricting and the dry cycle leaves much to be desired.

We have loved the quiet operation of this dishwasher. Our old washer was a 42 decibel unit and I believe this one was rated at 39 decibels. It is a dramatic difference. We have a "great room" kitchen/family room set up, so the ability to start dishes and not here it run is awesome. We also like the display on the front of the unit that tells us it is running.

this dishwasher is so amazing. It has more settings than i new existed on a dishwasher. When running it is very quiet.

This has been a great purchase so far! I replaced my construction grade dishwasher with this and it is night and day different because I had to turn up the TV volume heavily when I ran the old one. The only sounds you hear from this one are when the water drains after each cycle. Also, I like the ability to do half loads when I only have a few dishes. It also closes so nicely like the car door of a premium car! Dishes are also cleaned very well if they are spaced appropriately. I have bought this dishwasher along with a Samsung refrigerator earlier in the year and they have both been exceptional. Will replace my stove soon with a slide-in Samsung induction range and a Samsung OTR Convection Microware to complete my kitchen collection.

we love this dishwasher. its sleek. and SUPER quiet, cant even hear it running. and everytime is washes all dishes well. love the pleasant tunes it plays whebn cycle is complete. top rack handles the knives and serving spoons so well. convenient.

I have just scheduled my second appointment for service on this dishwasher. Since I just bought it in November that woks out to be once a month. It is leaking and will damage my wood cabinets and flooring if this is not resolved. My old dishwasher was 17 years old and was still working correctly when I bought this one. Wish I had kept the old one. The price is way too high for this kind of performance.

It's an excellent product. It cleans much better than my previous dish washer, and has very low noise. Not sure why it didn't get high ranking on line before. Maybe the price is too high.

This washer has a nice layout with the third rack. It is so quiet that you can't tell if it is running without looking at the front. Great buy

This dishwasher is awesome! It is super quiet and has numerous options to load different items. Very quiet while running, most of the time I can't even tell its "in-cycle".

I bought, had to replace twice due to LE issue and few other problems, after 2 months I got the right one, hopefully it will work fine with out any problems

Just ok. Some good features...but was disappointed in the performance. My old dishwasher performed better than this one. For 900 plus dollars I expected more.

Looks great in my kitchen and cleans well. The drying option leaves something to be desired. I have sitting water on my walls and on my plates as well. Many delay options...1-24 hour delay options

Quiet, sleek, worth the extra money. Best dishwasher I have owned.

It cleans well even in express 60 min mode with sanitize option on. It just doesn't dry well
