Great dishwasher, stainless tub, easy to clean, lots of racking, east to load and operate

Honestly, I want to like this Dishwasher. Nice design, big price, "cool" Waterwall Design. Goes with all the other Samsung Appliances I have been brainwashed into purchasing even when they fail me over and over and over again. And there is where the enjoyment ends. I wanted to NOT believe the negative reviews. The reality is that this particular Dishwasher is just not ready for Prime Time. We have had to have the Dishwasher repaired multiple times (READ: No Less that four). Granted, we have had the Machine for four years. So, if you are good with one repair per year, on average. buy the Extended Plan or TOTALTECH to offset repair costs. During our repair periods, please keep in mind that we are without a Dishwasher for a minimum of one week while awaiting Parts to repair what is essentially a Dishwasher that should still be in Research & Development at Samsung. Should you buy it? Depends on your verve for life - You bored? Need something new and exciting? Get this Dishwasher, and you'll never know when you will be handwashing again...

I waited to review this until I had some time to use it and I have to say it is everything it promised to be. I was concerned about the folks that suggested it does not dry well in their reviews but I did not have any issues with drying. It has so many options and I have tried them all. The ability to customize your wash is amazing and I have not been disappointed. I upgraded from a moderate KitchenAid model and the money spent on this dishwasher was worth every penny. My recommendations are that you read the instruction booklet before using. Why? Because this is not your average dishwasher and you will get the best results if you do a little homework on how to use it. After that it is a breeze to use. The technology in this machine is unmatched. Also, be sure that your installer knows this dishwasher. Mine were excellent and installed it correctly. Make sure you use JetDry to get the correct drying results!

It's as advertised, quite. Previous dishwasher was so loud, we'd have to turn the volume up on the TV to hear it better. The Chef Collection is so quite, that I've had to put my ear up to it to verify it's actually working.

I am happy with dish washer and am pleased it is so quiet . The waterfall feature cleans well. Style and controls are very good .

Would let anyone know when I am in the store to get this washer

This is by far one of the best dishwashers on the market. The styling is impeccable. It washes dishes like no other. Highly recommend.

The third rack for long spoons, knives, etc, was a feature on my list for a new dishwasher. This one has it. Love the external light displays on this model.

Nice quality and very quiet. Took a bit to get use to not having a heating element but a very nice product.

It took three hours to do a load. I didn’t have any problems with it other than the length of time to do a load.

After 5 years and four months (had the Best Buy 5 year protection plan) this expensive junk gave up the ghost and the dreaded 7E error popped up, meaning its probably one or two of the motors. $95 for a repairman just to come out and look at it. New LG is $850 on sale. The question becomes do I sink $300 to $400 in a 5 year old dishwasher or pull the plug and start new? No reason for a lightly used dishwasher to fail just after the extended warranty ends.

Absolutely love our new dishwasher! Our old one said goodbye, and this machinery has worked perfectly in our kitchen.

Works great. Easy to install. Bought for quick cycle, and cleaning quality. Not disappointed. Very quiet.

Purchased as open box item. Have had it installed by three different people. The door does not latch and it leaks water. I have now had it a month and still it does not work. The leaking water has ruined my basement. I have called a service tech out and he was not able to fix it. Best Buy has referred me to Samsung and will not even come and look at it. Samsung says the product is out of warranty because it was on the stores showroom for too long.

My chef collection dishwasher is a great asset to my kitchen, love it

I heard a lot of questionable reviews, but we decided to try this unit. We are happy but the third rack cuts down on usable space. I mean think about it, you didn’t make the space bigger before installing. It fits in the original hole so adding a rack cuts down on space we used. We now have removed the top rack and it works great.
