I was able to take advantage of an open box model and got it for an amazing price. This fridge replaced a 26.4 cubic ft Frigidaire and it did not take up any extra space at all. It filled in more of the fridge cut out. Because of the built in handles, it did not take up any extra depth. There are plenty of nooks and crannies to store items. Right now we use the two bottoms for freezers but I'm happy to know we have the flexibility to use one as a fridge if needed. Just for the heck of it, I purchased a SodaStream cartridge. Pretty cool idea and I'm sure I'll use it more in the future. I bought the 5-year warranty also just for piece of mind. Great deal for a great fridge. This is the holy grail of off the shelf fridges. Good job Samsung! The outside does leave fingerprints, but the design is simplistic and clean.

This fridge is 34 cubic feet, but a lot of it gets lost in the freezer section. I like the LED lighting, the blue accents and the movable shelves. I measured this thing in the store three times. It fits in the hole that I have however, the brackets for the door hinge are larger that I thought they would be so my cabinet doors do not open. I will have to remount them so they are above the hinges. I had a water guy out to test hardness and he did the water from the fridge. He said there is actually more dissolved solids coming out of the fridge than the faucet. I’m installing an RO system in a few days that should remedy that all up. My ice cubes have been white, meaning it’s true, the filter is seemingly useless in the fridge. Anyways, it is a very beautiful fridge. I can’t say enough about how much I love the soft sliding drawers, all soft close by the way. I’m glad we got this one, it’s really neat. It does make a lot of noise however as I have noticed. My only complaint would be the whining noise constantly coming from this thing.

This fridge is big...REALLY big. So big that anyone shorter than 5' 2" won't be able to reach the back of the fridge very easily, especially if you need to get something towards the back of the top shelf. While the fridge itself is impressive to look at and has a ton of flexibility, it was really the sparkling water that is dispensed through the door that sold me on this fridge. For me it was worth the additional thousands for this feature, however, there's no reason to spend the extra money if you don't REALLY like sparkling water. You can get a way cheaper fridge and be just as happy.

Great appearance and phenomenal capacity for a large, hungry family like ours. Sparkling water feature is great as well as built in fresh water maker ( changeable filter) aspect. Really like the flexibility as well, being able to increase refrigeration capacity if needed by converting one side of freezer to a fridge. So far, a great purchase!

We love the built in soda streamer and the refrigerator/freezer compartment that can be changed to either as needed. We went with the larger cubic feet version to have the most space inside, but it takes. Little more space into the kitchen. It is deeper Han the counter tops to either side. If you're willing to spend a little more money this is a great choice!!!

This is a big refrigerator, in a good way. I had to cut the cabinet above it so it would fit, it was worth it so far. Lots of storage. It's not loud but does make quite a few different sounds if you listen closely. I hope this fridge last a long time as it's pricey.

The features on this are very nice, including the sparkling water which we didn't think we would use much but do. It is pricey! But if you are looking for a top of the line model this is the one.

The frig was installed and the doors were not level at that time, installer didn't know how, or wanted to do it, so the door would slam close . so we called Samsung and they said the we need to put tape some plastic pieces on the floor and then roll the frig on them to level it. Right the frig weighs a ton. Think we got it but would not like to move this monster again. love the frig.

This fridge is a BEAST!!! If you've never had enough storage in your fridge for all the fruit and veggies - this is the fridge for you! I use 3 of the 4 sections as a fridge. Love the drawers to separate fruits and vegetables. The sparkling water is wonderful to have on-hand. It comes out chilled as well, so no ice needed to dilute the sparkle. Getting this large fridge in the house can be interesting, but well worth the effort. I highly recommend this fridge, in fact, I now have the matching Samsung Chef Collection dishwasher!

A very nice fridge but this thing is enormous! We need to have some custom cabinet work done to get it to fit where the original fridge was. The height is accurate but the width is not. Our space should have allowed the fridge to slide in but we need to remove a half inch on one side to allow room. Plan for a space AT LEAST 1/2" - 1" wider than what the specs on the fridge call for. There are vents on the lower rear of both sides that are about 4" x 4" in size. The fridge is stunning in appearance, inside and out. The four french doors are nice to use. The filtered cold water tastes great, ice machine produces ice and the sodastream works very well. Interested to see what kind of mileage we get out of the co2 bottles.

I love my new frig! It is beautiful and huge. It doesn't get 5 stars because there is limited tall storage and because the ice dispenser can't decide if it is dispensing cubes or crushed ice so ice goes everywhere. Once you get tired of cleaning ice off the floor you learn to cup your hand around the top of the glass you are filling. The drawers in the freezer compartment allow you to categorize your items which I love. I can put dessert items in one drawer, meat in another, and leftover dinners in yet another. I am spoiled by the convenience and the size of this frig. I am pleasantly surprised to find that the front does not show fingerprints or smudges. I try to eat only whole foods so the feature that allows you to switch the bottom right compartment from freezer to frig is unique and allows me to store all the additional fruits and vegetables I buy.

Sparkling water is awesome. Freezer helps you organize. Looks great. It's big. Really big.

This refrigerator at 34.5 CF is was the largest one I could find without going to a commercial unit which are a lot wider and do not have all the features. The unit while pricey is actually considerably cheaper than many comparable units all of which are smaller. There are 3 compartments and the lower right one can be used as a Fridge, Cooler, Chiller or freezer. Its HEAVY 500 Lbs+ and took 4 guys to move it in. You need to make sure you have the space to install it and a clear path from the truck to its final location. The Best Buy team did a great job of installing setting it up.

Water dispenser doesn't work, interior drawer was scratched when delivered., Temp. settings very complicated and weren't explained at delivery (causing frozen food to spoil), door "handles" very cumbersome, sparkling water cartridge does not come with unit. Customer service has been horrible from Best Buy. Have had fridge for over a month and water still not fixed, nor has scratched drawer been replaced. Way too many problems for a $4,500 appliance!

This refrigerator replaced a Kenmore French Door refrigerator. This blows the doors off of that one. It has everything I wanted in a refrigerator. Ice dispenser, water dispenser, and unexpectedly, a sparkling water dispenser. Wow! So far, the fridge has been very good. I just hope that I will get many years of service. This was an expensive item. It will be worth it if it lasts.

This fridge is beautiful, huge and has plenty of storage. The option to turn the bottom 1/4 section to another fridge section or freezer is great! Lots of options and the display is pretty nice looking as well. This fridge easily allows you to change storage heights and locations on shelves as need and on the fly. The shelves in the freezer have a soft close option which is pretty nice. Plenty of storage sections to separate out all your refrigeration and freezer needs. I did a price match on this item and got it for about half the price it was on sale for too!

Great capacity and organization. Every detail thought of such as angled water dispenser, tilted side doors and dividers, fridge/freezer option, keeps fruits and veggies fresh for a much longer time ggan our older conventional fridge,

the organization this provides is unsurpassed! We love not having to dig through the freezer to find what you need. Everything has a place and is extremely easy to access.

I've had my fridge almost three years now. I love it. I haven't had any issues out it so far. I love all of the freezer space and drawers. Everyone who visits loves the sparkling water feature. The space for the water is larger enough to fit a pitcher and is very convenient. I hope it continues going strong.
