    Induction rocks!

I live in a condo which had the original builder's grade Frigidaire appliances. The freestanding stove this unit replaced was functional but was bottom or the line in terms of quality so I got this unit as I had upgraded my refrigerator and dishwasher to Samsung. This Samsung slide-in has been far superior as far as cooking time and not heating up the whole kitchen when cooking on the cooktop. I received Tri-Ply Calphalon cookware for Christmas and all work excellent on this unit. The only negative is that there is an inch of space between the back wall and the stove as this slide-in replaces a stand-alone stove. This is the case even with the add-on piece installed in the back.

I was looking for a replacement for my 25 year old Jenn Aire stove. The Samsung Chef Collection more than fit the "bill". Important to me was the convection oven feature. Samsung 's oven's performance was equal to or better than my old oven. I especially like the Induction range too because there are often little children around in my kitchen.

There are only so few induction cooktops or cooktop+oven. I think there is only 1 product line only on few of the major appliance companies. LG doesn't even produce induction cooktop with oven. I was given the option to choose Kenmore, GE, Samsung. Literally that was it. And no stores carried them all. Only 1 product at a time. I am sure other products are really nice too but Samsung really does a good job of designing products. This oven range is beautiful to look at. Safe, does what it is supposed to do. I am really perplexed why induction ranges are not popular in USA. It is so much safer than gas oven range, uses less energy than electric oven range. Only downside is price I guess. Kenmore induction range was slightly cheap. But who wants Kenmore right? All in all, other than slightly expensive price tag, this is it. If you want high quality cooktop to please your kitchen master - usually it is your wife - This is it.

This is kitchen lover's dream stove/oven! It is quick and efficient. It does a fantastic job with preheating. The versatility of creating two uniquely sized ovens is phenomenal. More importantly this is a fantastic stove to have with younger children or senior family members of your family. The fact that if someone leaves a towel next to the element, it won't catch fire, or if a person touches the surface, they won't get burned, makes this stove worth it. Plus, it's gorgeous ;)

Had to get new pots and pans as the old ones were aluminum but it's far and away the best stove I ever had. The double oven is handy too.

A Always Clean Induction Cooktop duel oven range

I selected this Samsung duel oven Induction range over all other fuel souces ranges and I am thrilled. Since the cooktop never gets hot, all boil-overs never stick. Unlike gas and electric cooktop, there is no clean-up. The range always looks clean with a swipe of a sponge. The cooking takes less time due to the boiling speed. Instant response to heat is even better than gas with more control of cooking. Lastly, the duel oven can convert to a larger with a temp probe oven for the giant turkey. The smaller oven options cook faster and help me stay gluten free with using one for gluten free baking for my Celiac health.

So far the range works fine - no problems of any type. Oven takes a bit of time to warm up but baking and broiling is excellent. Cooktop is quick and receptive. Very easy to wipe clean.

This range is everything I expected and more. Looks great in my kitchen and have gotten a lot of compliments. I have always had a double oven and would never go back to a singe oven. The oven works great with either convection or Chef Bake. Very simple to use.

The range looks great, and is easy to use. I like the illumination function on the elements. While I have not yet used the dual temp oven feature, seems a practical function, and the oven divider storage is handy.

So far I am pleased with the range. It cooks quickly and evenly. We love the fact that it is induction. The oven cooks a lot faster than I am used to so I've burnt some of my baked goods on top rack. I will have to adjust temperature or place on a lower rack. Cleans up nicely. The chef collection seems to work much better with than the regular Samsung induction. ( one of the burners the back one wouldn't work) we had to exchange and upgrade. It was quite a nuisance with our original purchase. I would have given 5 stars but I'm still working on the oven part and have not used the double oven function yet.

Searched for Ranges all over and was real interested in Induction type. Very interesting how the pan get hot but the oven top not hot like a gas or electric burners. Looks good Love the dual ovens. Easy to clean. Just remember you need to have metal pots. If a magnet sticks it will work.

Love this range so far. I had all stainless and cast iron pans already so I didn't need to buy any new cookware. I love the temperature control that you have with the induction heat.

I've owned induction before so that was my first requirement. This one has better controls than the Kenmore I previously owned. I also wanted 2 separate ovens but the circuits in my house couldn't handle it so this was the next best option. The divider between the 2 ovens works perfectly. The oven only has one solid door so it doesn't have the option to open the top oven separately. This feature is available on the electric model but not on induction. Also, the warming drawer is terrific.

So far very happy with this range. It boils water quickly and is super easy to clean since the burners don't get hot enough to cook anything to the stovetop that boils over.

Almost gave 4 stars, because I would prefer if each oven had it's own door. This is new to me so I can't speak for how it works. It's not even installed yet. I will update after a bit of use.

This range is amazing! I have cooked with induction before, but this Samsung model besides looking fantastic does an awesome job at temperature control, responsiveness, and power! The oven is superb and I really dig the duo flex system which allows me to seperate the oven into two. The convection cooks evenly and fast. This is a product where you get what you pay for
