Defected device

USB type "C" cord was missing, was unable to power that device up. Returned item the same day. Disappointed .

Based on your usage - this could be perfect!

I had a mac mini hooked up to a monitor and a keyboard. When it died we bought a chrombook and docked it to the keyboard and monitor. But now that I have an S8 and Dex, I use my laptop elsewhere and dock my S8 and bam, it's a computer. I have Adobe Lightroom for photo editing, Mobi Systems Office Suite, Onenote, Wunderlist, Docs, Chrome, Gmail, Drive, Google Photos, Youtube, Calendar, and more. Each app opens full screen and runs super super quick. I also have my messeges app on here and all my phone notifications arew now on my desktop. I absolutely love this setup. I also bluetoothed my phone to a Bose speaker and it sounds great. It's everything I wanted it to be and runs smooth as butter. Even my 1080p 60fps videos play back in 60fps and it full screen. I'm not sure why some are targeting the Dex to laptop users. It will not replace that. But it's given me an awesome desktop experience and when I undock my phone, everything is with me. One of the best purchases I've ever made.
