So far everything seems to work fine. I have only noticed 2 issues I have to take my case off to connect phone and for some reason I can't browse files on sd card shows there is not one present. Using with note 8

Great concept, idea, and product, but not for me. I already have a laptop and tablet with LTE service. This just ended up being a different thing for the same purpose. Unfortunately, not what I needed. But if I didn't have a laptop, this might have been something useful.

I have bought this to be able to connect my phone to a TV or computer monitor. Setup was easy and included an HDMI cable. If you do set up this with your TV, make sure to set your screen resolution to Native to fit the screen. Overall, a great product is done right.

This is an extremely handy device. It does exactly what it's advertised to do. Although the trackpad works just fine, I think I might try to add a bluebooth keyboard to it. If that were incorporated, I might forget that I'm working on a mobile phone instead of a desktop.

It works very well, I connect it to a computer screen. The only thing is there are apps that are not compatible so you won't be able to see them full screen, you will see them phone size.

I purchased this for two main reasons. One, I needed a simple solution so I could show videos from my phone to a classroom of students. And two, I wanted a larger screen for using a digital scrapbooking app. Both work great!

Everything that I expected and more. This gives me the flexibility to not have to take my laptop everywhere when I'm on call. Definitely nice to have this as another option.

I returned my unit after a day or two hoping it could replace a laptop - its just not quite there yet - if you need light productivity, this is fine for you. Dont expect it to replace a laptop/computer.

I own two now, one at home and one at work. Now my configured, 4G, 256 Gbyte chromebook travels with me in my pocket, in the shape and utility of a Samsung Note 9.

This product has promise but after using it for a few days it seems pointless. A lot of the websites didn’t load correctly. Not worth the price

Provised all the proper outputs and allowa fir nore than 5 windows max to be allowed open in Samsung DeX and also provides a phone to keep my investment (note 9) from over heating

This little thing is very useful, my note 9 is basically a computer already. With this it can turn it into a desktop for playing video games.

Samsung makes a great product but can't say I used it enough to keep it

Works perfectly with my S10 plus I wish it was compatible with otterbox case so I wouldn't have to take it out of the case it also charges it but slowly

This device is definitely needed if you have apps on your phone that allows you to view different things. I also like that I can turn my phone into a mini laptop.

Using this to make my phone as a computer. Handles it very well. Keeps my phone cool and allows for some good usage

This is a great product for people looking to browse the web or write docs. But anyone looking to do more that that should get a laptop or desktop PC.

This product is amazing. So convenient to turn your phone into a computer when needed. It's another product that Samsung has that Apple doesn't offer.

The samsung dex pad turned my s10 plus into a laptop/pc watch my netflix,amazon video,hulu,youtube in full screen,microsoft word a must buy

This is very appreciated when on trips and the hotel doesn't have a smart tv. Can use my phone and watch anything on the tv now. Love it.
