love this fridge we deiced to get this fridge since our kitchen did not have gourmet kitchen setup figure this would fill in the need for our kitchen comfort our guest love it! weather update while getting ready for work in more perfect and playing music very cool, and mirror from our Samsung TV work amazing even though we don't use that feature much.

Only had it for a week, but so far, loving it. It's a bit small inside if you get the counter-space model. She loves having internet access of recipes on the door...I love having music/video while cooking. I should have used it two days ago...I would not have purchased more milk..I could have looked inside of it from the store. I will be using that feature for now on!!!

To anyone who has any issue with this fridge I can tell you now that you're dead wrong. Whoever goes through that much ice in a day is rediculous. Our 3 person family has yet to run out of ice. Fridge screen is amazing and Pandora is awesome Let's be real it's a fridge and the speaker wasn't the first thing thought of but buy a Bluetooth speaker, it's 2017 and if you're dropping $4k on a fridge get a job extreme for the 300 and call it a day. Best things I've ever bought

My son who's 4 yrs old enjoys the hub everyday. It made our job easy when feeding him. It's spacious and elegant. I'm in love with my new fridge. Hope the technology last for long. The only negative thing I've observed is whenever I close the left door, the fridge kinda shakes everytime. Which is not a good thing. , but overall its a beautiful one.

The ability to watch the Thanksgiving parade while cooking was pretty cool.

I don’t really know where to start as this refrigerator is awesome. It was a stretch for us to spend the money on it but it is so worth it. We keep finding new features and the refrigerator keeps surprising us. As an example, the screensaver is connected to the weather app and shows the outside conditions on the refrigerator screen (when raining, the screen shows it’s raining, etc). Also, with Pandora and other music apps on it, it’s great to just turn on the music while making dinner or entertaining friends and family. It functions great and has plenty of space, even though it is a counter depth refrigerator. I highly recommend it.

The ref is very modern lots of storage space for a family of four specially for frozen food. One of the best part of it is the big LCD monitor were my kids love to play, turns on Pandora for music and you tube for videos. I will definitely recommend this refrigerator, I am contended and proud to have this product.

Amazing refrigerator. The features are unbelievable. Set up is sort of a pain...I ended up on the phone with 4 different Samsung people trying to work out a smart hub issue during set up, but they were very patient in helping me get it figured out. I do think the Smarthub could be more user friendly, but you will not be disappointed. The ability to change the temperature or even change a compartment from freezer to fridge and back from anywhere is second to none.

Have had this fridge for almost 2 years and I wish I never bought it. It is a nice gimmick to have the smart fridge but it does not really serve any other purpose other than checking the weather. I have had multiple issues with it and in the first year had to call service I think it was three times. A lot of money for a fridge.

5 Stars - Looks 5 Stars - Functionality 2 Stars - Samsung Mobile Application This thing does it all... Plays Pandora... Keeps track of expiration dates.... Manages my shopping list... Camera system is neat but I rarely use it... Voice activated Bixby... Everyone that sees it is fascinated by it

The fridge is awesome. Love all of the features. Only negative was that after it was installed there was no instruction on operating the apps and tv monitoring. Fixed the problem 2 weeks later.

I love the style of this fridge , the sleek 4 doors and black stainless truly make it a beaut, that along side the touchscreen really make it the centerpiece of the kitchen. The only negative thing I would say is the water dispenser leaked for a few days with a really slow drip, and sometimes still does intermittently. Granted it's still been less than a month since install, and from what I've read is a pretty common issue in all new refrigerators.

This refrigerator is one of the coolest items in my entire house and it actually improves our quality of life since we are able to actually watch our favorite youtube channels and cooking shows right in our kitchen from our Refrigerator.

Really have enjoyed the Family Hub fridge, we use it as our memo/radio /TV relay spot. I like the flexibility of the fridge zones too, we never needed a huge freezer so this one allows us to only use one zone for frozen stuff.
