    I do not typically write reviews but if I can save someone from wasting money, it is worth it. This refrigerator is not worth the money! The ice machine has broken 3 times in a year and we have had to have it replaced already. It was only 11 months old when we had to have it replaced.

    Ice maker froze up and quite working in less than 2 months. Good thing I purchased the warranty through Best Buy.

    Samsung Family Hub a great product

    I loved this product with different spaces for different items. the finger print resistant inside was good. The screen is ultimate have some entertainment in the kitchen. Best Buy provided excellent service.

    The fridge itself has worked fine since we purchased this in 2017. However, the freezer was a problem right up until the day it quit working completely (it was constantly freezing over) and the cool touch screen with the connected apps worked well for about 3 years. Since then it has constantly been losing connection to the wifi and resetting it/re-configuring the connection never works for more than a week. At least the fridge/freezer function has been 100%. Unfortunately part of the reason we purchased this model for have turned out to be wastes of money. I do not plan to purchase a Samsung fridge the next time I am in the market.

    We have a Samsung fridge that is a little over a year old. The ice maker began to freeze over about 8 months after purchase. Ice would freeze into the maker and there would be no ice in the tray We did a few things suggested in forums we found. Nothing helped. We finally put in a ticket for Samsung to send out a tech. We were charged the $95 fee for coming out and quoted a $250 fee to fix it. I decided we were not paying for it since reviewing all the complaints online. I called Samsung and voiced my issues. The operator said he would send the tech back and Samsung would pay for the service. We will see if this works! Many articles online say they have had the problem fixed many times to the point Samsung had to refund the entire fridge. There are MANY articles online about this fridge having problems. A news channel in Orlando did a whole story on it. Please research before you buy.

    I'm optimistic in believing we got a bad refrigerator. At first, all was and looks great, all the bells and whistles. After a couple of months, the ice maker started freezing up. Someone did come out after we had time to report it and made the changes and said it was a manufacturer defect and it does work fine...literally once we hit our 13 month of having the frig, the freezer went out and no one could seem to know what was wrong with it even though we purchased a 3 year warranty with Geek squad. Stalled out for 3 weeks to finally they decided to swap us for another one...fingers crossed but word of advice, get the extended manufactures warranty, you'll save yourself a lot of headache and time.

    Do not purchase. Nothing but problems since 3 months in. Ice maker never works. Bright idea to put a ice maker inside the fridge area samsung. Freezer is 0 degrees and the fridge will not go below 55 degrees. Biggest piece of crap fridge I have ever seen or owned.

    Had this dumb fridge for just over a year. Since the first week, the ice maker gets jammed up with ice and freezes into a block of ice. You then have to spend 30 minutes with a air dryer to defrost it. It does this about 1-3 times a week. Do *not* get this fridge if you want to use it for ice, it does not work and there are 100s of reports about it. No fix available, just garbage design for a 3k+ fridge.

    This is a replacement because the first refrigerator got replaced because it had 4 repairs. Now the new refrigerator 6 months later is doing the same thing with the ice maker freezing up. Junk
